It's not Wolf & Badger - it's UPS who sent my parcel to one collection point but sent an email with a different collection point.
Ended up going to both collection points before finding my parcel - this is not the first time either!

No communication
No communication, late delivery.
Great products but let down with lack of comms.
When one spends a lot of money on something you wish to own, and it doesn’t arrive for 5 weeks with no communication it sucks.
You don’t know what is going on.
You guys are wonderful but you seriously need to sort your comm’s out.
You seem all to ready to bombard with selling things but have no top cover with customer service.

Wolf and badger ordering is always easy and navigation through site is fab. Only disappointment is I received one order on time the other did t turn up and now says in transit at airport. I really wanted it for an event. But that’s delivery not the site.

Perfect
Received the dress very quickly, especially since I live in New Zealand. The dress is lovely and I particularly love that it didn't arrive smelling strongly of fabric softener or any heavily scented products. The dress is absolutely beautiful and will be replacing a dress that was water damaged during our move. I can't believe how happy just one dress is making me, but I already know where I'm going to wear it

Amazing quality
They have so many options for all budgets, which are items you will not see on everyone.
The customer service is very efficient and cordial.
The only downside is the cost of the delivery, which is quite high. But deliveries are very quick.
I will definitely order from them again.
