Item arrived damaged. The other went on sale immediately after I purchased it and they refused to refund me the difference and insisted I get store credit. Disappointed with my first purchase.

Refunds very hard to get! Still waiting...
I bought three dresses and returned 2. One was fine, but the other came back to me saying postage unpaid. So I contacted Wolf & Badger again - it took several attempts and finally I got instructions to use DHL, which I did and they collected the package on 29th June. Still no refund! Now I am told the package has been returned to me (but not why, and it's not here!) and of course they have no phone lines available and cannot name anyone who can help. So I have been to the post office, organised things with DHL which took some time, done everything exactly as instructed but still no refund and now some story about the package being returned. I am very suspicious when no one can be named at a company, and they mysteriously say their lines are unavailable today. No answer when I ask why lines unavailable...Be careful with this site and ensure you really want the products as the refunds seem to be problematic. Emails go unanswered too.
