CAUTION - SCAM !!! - - - ACHTUNG - BETRUG !!!
Vor mehr als einem Jahr hatte ich Waren bei WooDeal bestellt, die, wie man mir später mitteilte, nicht vorrätig waren. Anschliessend wurde ich mit dem Argument neuen Wareneingangs eine gewisse Zeit vertröstet. Doch auch dann kam nichts. Nach unzähligen (ich denke mehr als 30) Mails und Kundendienstbeschwerden an WooDeal wurde mir dann irgendwann von WooDeal angeboten den von mir geleisteten Kaufbetrag zurück zu überweisen. Seit mehreren Monaten aber ist dennoch kein Geld bei mir angekommen. E-Mails und Beschwerden an den Kundenservice von WooDeal bleiben ohne Antwort. Nun lese ich aus anderen Kundenrezensionen dass es denen auch so erging, also scheint dies die gewohnte Taktik von WooDeal zu sein ... zuerst bestellt der Kunde, dann bekommt er nichts, dann beschwert der Kunde sich, dann wird "Geld zurück" angeboten doch dann kommt wieder nichts und zum Schluss herrscht dann totales Schweigen. So leicht kann man Geld auf dem Buckel anderer verdienen !
Sollte jemand die reguläre Postanschrift des Firmensitzes von WooDeal kennen, so würde ich mich freuen, wenn man mir diese mitteilen könnte damit ich juristische bzw. gerichtliche Schritte gegen WooDeal einleiten kann.
Für jene die noch nicht auf WooDeal hereingefallen sind - ACHTUNG !!!, es könnte euch genau so ergehen wie mir und vielen anderen vor mir; Ihr werdet wahrscheinlich keine Waren bekommen obwohl Euer Geld weg ist ... also "Finger weg !" oder auf jeden Fall extreme Vorsicht !!!
Falls über Paypal bezahlt wurde auf jeden Fall sofort und innerhalb der Paypal Fristen eine Dispute- oder Claim-Prozedur einleiten.

More than a year ago I ordered goods from WooDeal which, as I was informed later by WooDeal, were out of stock. All along I was however fed with hopes that the missing goods would be in stock soon again. Nothing however happened, and after innumerable e-mails and customer service complaints to WooDeal (I think more than 30), I was offered by WooDeal to get the purchase amount refunded.
Although that proposal was made several months ago no money has however been refunded to me. My latest E-mails and complaints to the customer's service of WooDeal remain unanswered. Now I read from other customer reviews that they experienced the same scheme of behavior by WooDeal and thus it becomes obvious that this must be the usual tactic of WooDeal ... first the customer orders, then he gets no goods, after that the customer complains, then "money back is offered", but at the end of the day nothing happened ... and finally WooDeal sinks into total silence. That's a very easy way to earn money .... on the back of others !
Should somebody know the regular postal address of WooDeal's company headquarter in Germany or the Netherlands, I would highly appreciate if I could get that address as I intend to go for legal or judicial action against WooDeal.
For those who have not yet been trapped by WooDeal - CAUTION !!!, it could come out that you, just like me and many others before; will likely receive no goods although your money has gone ... " keep your finger off ! " or anyway be extremely cautious!!!
For this who made their payment through Paypal don't waste any time and go immediately for a Dispute or a Claim and respect the Paypal time limits. WooDeal will feed your hopes an will hold your patience as long as your inquiries will happen in the Paypal time limits, after that you will have no chance to get your money back.
