I have had several leg injuries recently and haven’t been able to go to the workshop. This is the second time that Woodwind London staff have brought my flute to my home. This is way beyond the call of duty and I really appreciate their kindness delivering me a newly mended flute. Great! I’ll certainly recommend Woodwind London to others.

I felt very confident that Ed knew what he was doing and was invested in doing an excellent job for me. He absolutely went beyond the extra mile as my instrument needed extra tweaking. I am very appreciative of his generosity with his time and personal kindness to me.

I had a short-notice need for a saxophone repair (my own fault, shouldn't have left it so late!) and they helpfully managed to squeeze me in that week. I dropped by, and within 45 minutes the problem was fixed and the sax was working better than ever. Very highly recommended. I will try to book these things further in advance in future though!
