I ordered a hair curler from them via Limited Trend, whose website has now disappeared and I cannot access the Woofixy website either. I have bought many things from China but I feel I have been scammed on this occasion.

I received a tracking number and delivery confirmation but the postal depot did not have any record of receiving it and could not locate my order after multiple checks.

They won't answer my emails so I've had to get PayPal involved. It's terrible.

If I could rate minus stars I would

Thought this was legit after seeing it being advertised on Facebook. Was horribly ripped off instead! Bought a lightsaber for $31 which claimed to be of a high quality metal, what arrived was a cheap plastic knock off. I was fortunate to get a refund through the manufacturer after going through Paypal.

Avoid!

Cheats.

Ordered 3 one in each color. Quality is far from that advertised. The material is cheap and completely brittle. Two came broken on arrival.

Terrible mistake buying form this site

Scam

I ordered cat socks for Christmas. I did not realize it would be coming from China. They charged me, but I have not received them yet as of 1/26/20. I did get a confirmation email when I ordered them but when I try to track the package it says no longer available.

Ordered Mace Windu lightsaber

Ordered Mace Windu lightsaber, advertised to be aluminum hilt and very nice quality, and they gave me a cheap toy lightsaber made in China. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! It looks like they took their website down so now I can't even get a refund.

I wish I had realized they were coming…

I wish I had realized they were coming from China as I ordered them for a Christmas gift on November 29th when I saw the Facebook ad. They arrived on January 14th and had to have a signature for delivery. I think socks are cute about what I imagined for my granddaughter to play in. Packaging was done well. Looking at Amazon it appears I could have probably got the same six pack of socks for $10 cheaper and had them in time for Christmas. So just wait your socks may come in I don't think the company is trying to scam anyone. I do wish there was a better contact so I could have checked on this earlier because when I received my email that said they shipped it would not give me any tracking info when I clicked on it.

Ordered socks at the end of Nov 2019

Ordered socks at the end of Nov 2019, received a tracking number and have been tracking the package for over a month. I watched it travel throughout China, and that is where it stops. It hasnt moved since 12/26/19. I have been requesting a refund of my money for 2 weeks and they keep giving me the run around saying that because of the holiday crap. DON'T ever buy from them. If I could give a review with 0 stars I would.

Saber review

So, I ordered lightsaber (×2), you know "holiday discount" and all on 12/31/2019 and the just arrived today 01/15/2020.

For Shipping only do they rate higher than a 1 star. I mean standard shipping usually takes 2 weeks, so props to them.

In the email it was tricky, but not a fake traking number. Trick is to copy the number not the URL, then paste it in the box that pops up after clicking on the URL.

And now onto quality. I buy stuff and things off of Wish occasionally so i know things aren't always as advertised (they just want sales). But the sabers advertised were said to be acft grade aluminum hilts with a blade suited for dueling. Also stated they were Ultrasaber quality. This is something I can attest that they are infact not. You see, I own a few Ultrasabers some stunt with high grade pvc blades actually meant for dueling. The sabers I received in the mail today are cheap replicas with blades inferior to the those one could pick up for the same price faster at Wal-Mart or other chain store and also collapsible. Same goes for the hilt, aircraft grade aluminum it is not, like the blade, cheap plastic.

I ordered the Mace Windu purple. Again disappointed, but not for the fact that it is RGB multi change instead of what i picked. I was disappointed for the reason that you have to click the small button through all of the colour and sound options to turn it off.

In conclusion, IT'S A TRAP!

P.S. Thanks for reading

I ordered my daughter socks on November…

I ordered my daughter socks on November 30th and still have not received them. This company is a scam. I got an email saying they were shipped with a fake tracking number. Also when you click on the link to view my order or view store in the original order confirmation email, the page is not found. You can get six different styles of the cat socks for $10 on Amazon. I wish I would have seen that before and ordered from there.

They deserve No stars! This is a scam company. Answered my emails with a fake tracking number and now won’t answer emails to refund money. Stay far away from these people. I am submitting this case to the BBB. Ordered the end of November!
