If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered item 11/29...note...it is coming from CHINA!! Nowhere in order did it claim that. Attempts to cancel order are not answered. For at least one month, there's been no movement in tracking. RIPOFF.

Still waiting on my order from end of November and they're refusing to refund my money

Ordered socks 12.7. I followed up with an email on 12.20. Got notification that were shipped. Same deal as the others. Bogus tracking number. Emailed today 1.7.20. Not holding my breath. Filing a claim with my CC company. LIVE AND LEARN!

I ordered cat socks on November 18, 2019 and here we are January 7, 2020 and still no order. I opened a dispute with my PayPal. Hoping to get my money back! For now on if it’s not Amazon I’m not ordering from anyone. Lesson learned the hard way!

Ordered socks 11/24. Shipped 12/8. Never received. Person said they had no control once shipped. Now they won’t return emails. Webpage has been deactivated. I filed a chargeback with my bank today.

terrible oredered a lightsaber and got scammed entirely out of my money

I would make this negative if possible. Ordered slippers nov 14. As of today, jan 4th, no slippers and no refund. Working through paypal to get money back but the are dragging their feet also. Did not do enough research on this one before buying!!

Their site is a SCAM. They push Facebook ads of products that are not a true representation of what you'll receive no matter how much they'll claim it to be in their comments.

Zero stars! Ordered cat socks November 20th & still don't have them January 2nd. Didn't know they were coming from China or I wouldn't have ordered. The tracking information is a joke. Now I see the socks on Amazon for a lot less money.
**UPDATE - just received the socks today 1/21/20 - two months after ordering them. I was surprised they finally showed up.

0 stars for this company!! I ordered socks (as many reviewers did) at the beginning of November. It is now January and I have received nothing! Do not order from this sham of a company! They are not A US company and their responses to complaints is that they have no control of the shippers once product has left their company. I have doubts products actually leave their company - we have all been scammed!

Ordered socks on Nov 17th and they never arrived and they won’t refund my money. All I’m getting from them are fake tracking numbers.
Do not order from them!

Socks came after a long wait and fell apart at the first wash.

I ordered a set of the cat socks on Thanksgiving. My acct was debited on Nov 19. I still don't have the socks and it's New Year's Eve! I want a refund, but I can't get ahold of anyone, just generic e-mails. Never again!!

I ordered 2 pairs of Cat Paw socks BEFORE Thanksgiving ( for gifts for Christmas) they were not shipped out for WEEKS later ( shipped out 12/12/19.....today is December 27th and I still don’t have them- there is NO NUMBER TO CALL TO TRY AND GET A REFUND- I emailed this company....2 days BEFORE they were shipped out with NO REPLY!
I am having a very hard time tracking this package - and what is appalling to me is that these are coming from out of the US!!!!! No where does it say that this purchase was being made out of the country ( if I had known that before hand- I can assure you we would not have ordered from Woofixy!) there is just NO reason for a package that has my name on it to be wondering around from carrier to carrier and still after all this time seems like it’s still in CHINA!

Shame on your bogus company!!!!
My hope for putting this out there is that others who live in the US will NOT buy from this company- because you’ll never see your package!
