Never received the phone cover for my son. After 4 weeks I contacted them, was told they didn’t have my full address, and that they would resend the order. After almost another month without the cover arriving I asked for my money back. They then stopped responding to my requests. It never arrived and I would stay away from this company.

My 11 year old son spent his own money on a specialized phone case and never received it. Wrote Woopcase customer service however I’ve never heard from them. Absolutely outrageous.

Hi there my mysterious internet browser that happened to stumble onto this comment. Let's face it: good accessories are hard to find. For some like myself a good accessory is a smart watch. For some it's a tiny dog that they can carry around in their purse. For most people however (including myself) that good accessory happens to be a phone case. Now think hard: what is the biggest problem that case manufacturers like say otterbox happen to face? They're boring. Just about every case you come across is either black or clear and if you want any semblance of variety you are basically forced to either pay for cheap dollar store level cases or shop online which most of the time loops you back to the same brands being sold in wireless stores anyway. This viscious cycle is what brings us to woopcase. Woopcase is an up and coming accessories manufacturer based out of morrocco whose business model is basically "if it isn't fun, we need to fix that". Woopcase manufactures custom designed cases for a plethora of models including phones most other developers won't even bother touching. With a huge selection of styles and even the option to slap custom text onto your case, shopping with woopcase can be overwhelming with how spoiled for choice you are. Yet, I found the experience to be quite easy and delivery to be much more expedient than advertised. If you want to accessorize with style then take a peek at what woopcase has to offer.
