Woot Reviews 

Recently (July 28, 2015), I ordered two Adirondack chairs from Woot. Total was about $130.00. Ad claimed they were made of cypress. Turns out they were sloppily stained soft pine. The hardware was very cheap. Screw heads disintegrated as they were turned. Chairs came partially assembled. Quality was so poor that the factory assembies pulled apart with ease. Screws pulled right out of the wood. I didn't get as far as actually sitting on them. Had I tried, I believe they would have collapsed into a pile of scrap. I complained to Woot in a detailed email. Twenty four hours later, they wrote back and asked for a detailed description of the problem. They said that once they received the email and some photos they would decide if they would help. I'm just going to charge back the order with the credit card company. I'm done with them for good.

I have always had a wonderful experience with woot! The shipping prices are reasonable and they always have great prices. I only wish I'd get a BoC one day....my ultimate dream!

I have ordered refurbished and new electronics, homegoods, and the tshirts from these guys. Everything arrives quickly, and as described. It is a daily routine to check their family of websites. Shipping is only $5 no matter how much you fill the cart.

They provide the model number in their posts - you can easily search out reviews on the products and compare pricing elsewhere on the web before ordering.

I purchased a watch that MSRP listed for $1000+ and discounted for $99. Thinking that I got a deal when I purchased it... Later turned out feeling more like a scam. The watch came in a "paper box", with a poorly print warranty card (quality is probably worse than a business card), and a separate paper manual instruction that is unclear with how to setup the phone. Watch is poorly made, the dial is defective and not able to turn when received. Woot refused to provide any return.

Never ever again!

I always find good deals on woot. Shipping isn't always fast, but I find things at prices that I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else.

I love novelty shirts. I like the designs here, but they have messed up every single order and never apologize. A few times, they actually said it was my fault. I don't shop here anymore.

New item every day, some really great buys

Woot has great pricing, the majority of the time. The shipping is a little slow, but maybe that is because they have to batch the orders.

Products can take a very long time to ship, it's also a gamble if what ships will even work. Shipping something DOA can be a pain as they are one of the slowest sellers I have dealt with. It's definitely a buy at your own risk kind of thing.

With that said though....... they really have some great deals. Sure the products are refurbs, but for the price it can be hard to pass up. I always get what I purchase in working order, it's just a matter of when lol.

I usually check woot daily and always get a kick out of their product descriptions. I've ordered 2 or 3 times from them and found that to be their only area lacking. They ship relatively fast but you do get what you pay for. They'll always have the cheapest price around, just be sure you research the product beforehand and decide if that price is still worth it to pay.

woot is a very fun site, always making me laugh, with cute descriptions and decent items, i like them a lot

But as some of the other reviews say, make sure you read a few reviews on the products you are buying. I've always taken time and thought about my purchases so I have never had any problems.

I have been buying from woot.com for years and they always deliver exactly what is on their sale page of the day. Their communication is excellent, order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc. I have never had a problem.
