I have to say that I had an amazing…experience with Woot and will continue to be a customer of theirs.

I have to say that I had an amazing experience with Woot!. I ordered 3 pack of shorts and listened to suggestions to order a size bigger than needed. Well, they ended up being way too big. I contacted Woot customer service and asked for an exchange to a smaller size. The next day, They emailed me back and offered me a full refund and to keep the shorts and either donate them or use them. The also gave me a $10 off coupon for my inconvenience. I will definitely keep being a customer of Woot!

cheap website

Bought some men's clothing just 2 weeks back & they of so poor quality that I couldn't believe it. Their website is not letting us to make a return too. khaki pants literally tore up just after a wash & shrunk too much. I wouldn't even give one star for this website.

Would not recommend buying anything…

Would not recommend buying anything from here. I ordered a pair of earbuds that were recertifided. I understand they were bought and sent back. They didn't work for me either, so I sent them back only to have it take 2 weeks to get an email saying refund was processed,but nothing was added back to my bank account. Still waiting for my money I paid for broken earbuds

Disgusting company, people and processes

Sent me wrong product and incorrect product was in absolutely disgusting, disease ridden nasty shape, then offered me a partial refund to keep it to offset their return shipping cost.

Ruined my Valentine's day surprise with false promises.

Atrocious quality, people, processes.

Do not shop here. Protect yourself from these fraudsters.

It's been ~2 weeks and I'm still fighting to get my money back.

I am shocked this is owned by Amazon. The experience could not be more opposite.

This company is run like 10 high school sophomores are in charge. They try to be so clever at every turn, with puns and innuendoes. Even when addressing problems. I have ordered 8-10 things over the years and had problems with half I'd guess. They aren't above selling used or open box items as new. Take a long time to ship. Take a long time to refund your money. Just hasn't been a good consistent experience for me. I finally unsubscribed from their emails not wanted to be tempted to ever order again from them.

Product was not working properly

Product was not working properly. I tried to contact woot surport with no luck. I did this 5 times. I used woot because they are now part of Amazon who I love. Made the bad mistake by using woot. Now I have a damaged item and can not return. Great job Woot now I know why your rating is so low.

Woot has no accessible customer service.

I ordered an iphone 12 pro (blue) from Woot on 12/2/22. Yesterday, I received a package from them with a green iphone 11. The only way to contact them is to write them a letter or email them. I emailed them yesterday as soon as I saw it was the wrong phone and their page says they will respond within 24 hours. Several hours later past the 24 hours and no response. I have emailed their customer service and their feedback page. I was hoping to have a new iphone before Christmas and the only way I can see that happening is to find one on Amazon or eBay. When I do hear from Woot I am sending the phone back to them and getting a refund. With such lacking and poor customer service, I won't be ordering from them again and I recommend that you don't either.

I placed an order for a laptop today

I placed an order for a laptop today. After I ordered I got a fraud alert from my credit union NFCU. Woot order was made thru my Amazon Prime store card. Woot attempted to charge my Amazon card and amazingly my NFCU bank card too. Double dip for 1 purchase? Order cancelled and hopefully without a hitch. No more woot for me.

Woot uses United Pony Service

I placed an order with Woot and received confirmation and UPS tracking info but yet still 3 weeks later nothing!!! It keeps saying delayed but unless UPS has united pony or mule division I cannot understand what the delay could be? Thank goodness I didn’t spend any significant money with these people.

slow shipping, defective item, painful return

super slow shipping and hard to get return going. You can't reach them by phone. The call drops after 20-30 mins wait. Email reply is super slow. Defective item shipped to me and the return is painful. Non-exist support.

USB-A to USB-C cable

Shopping on woot is great. I’ve been a shopper on woot since 1999. I bought an Upgrow phone cable to charge my phone. The cable works great and is very fast charging. I love it!!!

The order hadn't shipped after 15 days

The order hadn't shipped after 15 days. Repeated phone calls resulted in the same response, "delay is the result of technical issues". I was given various ship dates, but none were realized. Customer Service does NOT exist. They DO NOT care.

Fewer Discounts and the Woot Monkey Nonsense

As a Prime member, I've purchased plenty of items via Woot and received free shipping. As I write this in April 2022, however, Woot's discount prices are increasingly rare. Some nearly identical items are more expensive than on Amazon, often without accompanying reviews. Today, a whole page of "gardening" items was shockingly pricey -- items such as garden gnomes, rain-drip chains and bags of flower bulbs, the latter of which Home Depot offers for a cheaper cost. I was willing to endure the Woot monkey nonsense for potential discounts, but low prices are increasingly rare.
