After 6 attempts from an insurance company to fix a boiler, we realised it’s still under warranty with Worcester Bosch and they sent Jason out. boiler has been in use now for 18 months. I didn't question paying more, the renown of Worcester Bosch was worth it.
Have had no issues with it at all over that time, functions as it should.

As an EH professional, I spend a lot of time inspecting all types of private rentals (single, multi and illegal conversions). I make and send a lot of Gas Safe reports over to Gas Safety, various utility companies and LFB. I got paranoid about my gas heating/hot water system in my house during September 2024. I found a reputable gas registered engineer/company.

Can be a delay on hot water to the shower sometimes which is less than a metre away.
