Great product! Had a new boiler fitted to replace an old one that was over 25 years old.

Quiet boiler, does what it is supposed to do very well.
Can be a delay on hot water to the shower sometimes which is less than a metre away.

Very quick efficient boilers which reduced my energy costs within a few weeks of it being fitted. Love that my thermostat came with my boiler too.

Service and reliability

We have an integrated Bosch fridge freezer that kept frosting up, so we called them out for a repair. The engineer who came out was rude and dismissive, and simply told us this was “the way it should be” – no explanation, no attempt to actually diagnose the problem, just fobbed off.

To make things worse, he refused to put the integrated doors back on before he left, leaving us to sort it out ourselves - an additional cost!

When we contacted customer service to complain, it was no better – slow to respond and rude when they finally did get back to us. No urgency, no accountability, and no interest in resolving the actual fault with the fridge freezer.

Appalling service from start to finish. Would not recommend and won’t be using them again.

In need of a new combi-boiler led to a search of the Worcester Bosch website, there we found the Fast Track Service, sounded good so application and photos submitted on the Sunday, Monday morning I received a call from the Fast Track Team who confirmed the order and arranged an installation date for the next day - Tuesday.
All arranged with absolutely no fuss.
All in all an excellent, professional and courteous service from the Fast Track Team, I would wholeheartedly recommend this service and team.

I have a Worcester Bosch boiler which is quite a few years old now but has been serviced regularly. It started having some issues, so I took out sixth month's cover with Worcester Bosch as it was the same price as the repair and included an annual service and any necessary parts. The problem was resolved quickly.

A year later, I had another problem. This took a while to sort out as the online troublespotting tool was time consuming and not helpful in this instance. There was then a lot of back and forth before an engineer was sent out. The first two enginners were very nice but misdiagnosed the problem (the third fixed it and I haven't had any issues since then). These are the reasons I am knocking off a star.

That being said, I have found the company to be very responsive, I never waited very long for an appointment and the engineers seemed to genuninely want to fix the problems, so I decided to continue with the insurance.

Overall, both the product (the boiler didn't have any issues until it was several years old) and the service seem reliable. The fact that they send someone out reasonably quickly and replace parts without quibbling (not all companies do, even when you have purchased the insurance) has been very reassuring. I also like that they have their own engineers rather than contractors.

We had our new boiler installed through the Bosch Fast Track team, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They arranged everything quickly and efficiently. When the first engineers they contacted were unable to carry out the installation, Bosch acted immediately and arranged another company without any hassle.

The replacement installers were absolutely brilliant—professional, efficient, and completed the installation to a very high standard. From our boiler breaking down to having a brand-new boiler fully installed and working again took just a matter of days.

We’re extremely pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend the Bosch Fast Track team for their excellent communication, quick response, and commitment to getting the job done.

Worked very well. The quote was fairly priced and there was prompt confirmation of who the installers would be. The process organised by the FastTrack Team worked seamlessly and would highly recommend using this service if you are looking for a replacement boiler.

Lots of notice, good communication from Mark (NIMF) who arrived right on time, was courteous, friendly and patient in explaining what he had done and what needed to happen. Excellent service. Mark deserves a raise!

Cameron the engineer attended promptly on the date agreed. We had been without hot water and he immediately analysed the problem as requiring a new pump. He conducted further checks as he wasn't totally happy with the operation and in total changed the mother board and chip. He explained this to me with patients and clearly. He worked efficiently and engaged with my wife and I with kindness. When complete the work area was left tidy. I am very grateful to Cameron for sorting this issue and ensuring the future efficiency of our boiler.

I would highly recommend Richy, the Worcester Bosch engineer who attended my property today. He did a terrific job and was professional from start to finish. He was friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His workmanship was excellent, and he left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished.
