This company acts on behalf of the landlord for Manor Walks Shopping Centre in Northumberland. I have been running a business there for over 20 years. The department that deals with the rent payments are an absolute joke. Despite paying the rent demands on time, I am constantly being sent overdue rent demands - I have even had a letter from a Bailiff company regarding rent that had previously been paid. They are a terrible company to deal with - totally incompetent
Rubbish company
When an accident happens and we request footage, they simply reject us by saying that only the police can obtain it. As a victim myself, I did report the incident to the police, but I have no way of knowing whether the police will contact them in time, especially since the staff will not confirm how long the footage is kept. All these uncertain answers make me feel as though they might not have any records at all, which in fact puts people at greater risk.
Found, Sean Skeet Property Maintenance Painting & Roofing Specialists, who have proved to be excellent in every regard. Very reasonable price and really hardworking to produce a first class job in repairing and repainting our barn. Nothing was too much trouble and they were a pleasure to have on our property. 5*
I live next to the entrance they manage in Bow and we cant sleep as they managing the gates remotely leaving us residents dealing with the cars beeping day n night we have no sleep hours. Forget about 7hrs sleep. We are loosing our health cause of the residents keep beeping every minute. Sometimes all at once. Had enough. I pray for the gates to be broke again we had only quiet times then.
Arrogant,incompetent and unprofessional.
A truly rude, disengeious and shockingly bad company with a toxic culture that is supported by its known very high staff turnover, described to me as a vipers nest of treating tenants badly on purpose to falsely show PE and Hedge fund clients they actually know what they are doing to extract margin ( which they absolutely don’t have a clue).
Workman prove through all the reviews ( inspite of trying to get some removed and failing) that they are a company to avoid at all costs.Some very evil people within this dysfunctional entity

Appalling company. Never owns a problem, slopey shouldered responses, chases you for payment of invoices issued without any explanation, passes the buck, evasive and hides in the shadows, operates with a complete lack of integrity and ethically bankrupt. Avoid if you can though this may not be your choice (like us) and you just get stuck with them.
I would describe Steve Barber as a true professional.
He is hardworking, Helpful and Honest. We have recently moved into a bungalow that has been empty for more than twelve months so there was obviously lots to do.We were more than happy with the quotes we received and have no hesitation in highly recommending him. Thank you Steve for everything.

I would whole heartedly recommendation
We have had leaking roof sections on our commercial block for well over a year which affects the common corridor. In heavy rain the buckets are over-flowing which leaves that area of the corridor totally covered in water. In our unit the ceiling tiles are dropping down and the ingress of water is damaging our equipment.
Over a year's worth of 'we are looking into it',.. 'out to tender'. I have yet to have any of my phone calls either picked up or returned of this or any other issues. Emails responses when actually responded to actively avoid any commitment.
I wonder if they manage their health and safety with the same disregard they manage their tenant responsibilities and professional conduct, two potential issues which yet again they deem as irrelevant.
On a more positive note they are as eager as a slum-landlord in collecting their money, marvellous - well done.
Long story cut short. Workman administer rental invoicing and collections on behalf of Govia Thameslink and despite having had occupation of a premise for close on a year, I have yet to recieve an invoice for the rent.
I emailed both Worksman and GT but got no response. When I eventually managed to speak to someone at Workmans on a cell number there was no apology, no answers either. Merely platitudes and excuses.
