The absolutely worst company,I applied to a posting for a utility kitchen worker for 12-14 an hour, thinking great this will help during the pandemic. I get to the interview and the chef says this position is for 9.50 an hourWTF I wouldn’t have gone knowing that. The lady that posted the ad says we don’t know what state it was for. Total BS

WorkPop is absolutely amazing at finding people jobs that fit their career choice(s). In a matter of two days or maybe even the same day the jobs’ manager at hand will contact you through Workpop’s messages. So far they haven’t let me down at all. ✌️✊🏼

Great resume with no phone calls from employers and rejection before the interview process. Sent in resume to business and 2 minutes later they said I wasn't what they were lookikng for and it never got to the actual company itself. Too many middle men.

The candidates we've interviewed have presented well and support the content of their resumes. This is refreshing when you're searching on-line.
Workpop is the best employment search engine we've used, and we've used many over the years.
Does a good job driving applications
Does a good job driving applications. Site could be more user friendly. Wish the onboarding documents automatically would automatically send to new hires instead of having to be assigned. Reporting feature is not available to users.

new job postings are not seen as often
There aren’t a lot of new job postings, I’ll check for new postings and See the same companies and openings over and over again. Which pushes me to use other apps instead. Also, the employers all have rejected my applications, so I opted to share my resume and cover letter and received positive notes. I’m not sure if the companies using this app do not need emplees as urgent therefore they don’t need to respond as soon or accept applicants. Maybe you guys should do a survey on the companies posting these positions. Are they posting to have resumes for future references?
Workpop's philosophy that every…
Workpop's philosophy that every candidate basically requires a "Decline" response from the employer before being archived is sometimes problematic. For example, just last week a candidate with whom I had been in contact with, withdrew his application because he had accepted another offer. We exchanged a couple of messages to close the relationship, but then in order to archive his application, I needed to send another Workpop message. This was somewhat awkward since we had already said "goodbye". It would be great if there was an archive option that was "Candidate Withdrew Application". That would also take care of interview no-shows. Because sometimes it is the candidate who is non-communicative.
Also, for some reasons, applicants seldom answer the screening questions (we have at most two). I don't know whether this is just applicants being lazy, or if the user interface is making it difficult. But it is annoying.
The Notes section is too small and I would like to see at least the most recent Messages that have been sent already without having to click a button.
But thank you for upgrading your print capability so that cover letters can now be printed. That was driving me nuts...

I'd like to be notified each time I have a new applicant. I also feel like I'm over charged.
No follow through from candidates
We get a fair amount of candidate enquiries but when we follow up and ask them to fill out a job application we get less than 2% response... After more than 100 days on workpop we have yet to higher one person through Workpop. It is almost as if the enquiries are computer generated and not real... On average we interview 15 to 20 candidates per week yet none from Workpop. More than likely we will cancel our subscription.

Not a fan actually
Not a fan actually, it would be easier to just upload a pdf of a resume vs messing mine up and trying to fill the spaces. My resume has the same information but in a much better format. It would just save much more time. Not very efficient.
Waste of time app
Great time on this page
great from time to time
great from time to time. Unfortunately the system doesn't allow us to write reviews on prospects. Millennials tend to ghost interviews and that's a pity.
I love Workpop
Easy to use but not perfect
Easy to use and convenient portal. Duplicate and manage multi locations easily. Cons are you have to email support every time you want to turn a location on or off. If would be nice if you turn the job on were charged, even if it was for the whole month, and then off and then the charges stop. I would like to manage it for job posting not location. Also, mixed results with candidates, get allot of kids applying.
Best job app ever!
Great help
Great help. Even for an old school like me trying to re-enter the workforce. Thanks
