Horrible. I signed up with them. They closed my account by saying my Company didn’t fit their model with no explanation.
It would be nice if you would tell me here why i can't hire caregivers through your website so others would know as well.

Best job search app out there!
Clean interface, several jobs to choose from from a range of employers, and a super easy application process! I signed up for Workpop two weeks ago and now I have a part-time job :) Thank you so much! This beats every other job search app I've tried (including LinkedIn's — Workpop makes sure employers actually respond to you, instead of ignoring your application for months.)

Underwhelming
I am not getting very many applicants. Sparks are way too expensive. I'd like to see them priced around $20. The website loads very slowly.

10 day Free Trial - Not many Candidates
Doing the 10 day Free Trial (Professional). Ending in 1 day. Not many candidates. We posted 7 jobs, only get less than 5 candidates. The candidates had no experience. I haven't used "sparks" for more money (i think it is $75 per spark) to post onto major job sites such as indeed, monster, etc).
We don't see any value. The monthly price + spark(s) =
