The organization of the site is wonderful. It has definitely cut down on some paper in my office. The quality of employee answering the ads has been horrible. Seems to be a lower caliber so far than when I place an ad in print.

Requests for improvement
I would like to have auto reply for messaging interview requests, similar to the decline message.
Also a way to sync to a google or iOS calendar would be nice.
Instead of a just a favorites folder, have different levels of folders for “maybe” and favorites. Others can be declined.

Great site, very helpful
I thought this site made applying to jobs very simple. I love the idea of having a resume on file, and letting Workpop apply to jobs of interest. It took a lot of the tedium out of applications. Great site idea!
