Their rings cost 1/20 on AliExpress and they sent me a wrong number size ring.

We ordered some diamond stud earrings for our daughters. The size and quality were just as advertised, and were lovely. There were some issues with shipping which Allen tended to and resolved very promptly. We will be happy to order again from World Jewels.

I have purchased 10 items now from Allen Rashtian at World Jewels, and absolutely love each piece. Allen is the first person I contact when I want to purchase diamonds. He is amazing to work with, and has always taken a personal interest in each piece.

Best jeweler in town!!! I have ordered from WorldJewels various times. For family, friends, coworkers, and even personal jewelry needs and wants. Every time his work is outstanding! From beautiful diamond earrings to salt water black pearl necklaces. He is always spot on with my desired design requests. He always makes sure we are pleased with what we are receiving. Let me not forget about his great prices and speedy service he gives. Trust me when I tell you this is the place to go to when it comes to getting what you want and exactly how you want it. If you can imagine it, he can make it for you!

OMG it’s been damn near a month since I’ve ordered a ring, that according to the site, that would ship in 4-6 days. It’s hard as hell to speak with someone. Every time I call customer service, I’m waiting for someone who never picks up and left to listen to elevator music. I was told last week my ring would ship the next day however today I was told it shipped Friday which was days later. Allen said he would send me an email in 30 minutes to track my order, needless to say, I never received that email. I’m beginning to think this is a fraudulent site. I will call back tomorrow morning. If I can’t reach a person or if I don’t receive tracking confirmation, I will call my card company.

I ordered a ring on Saturday June 8th, 2019 that online stated it was “In Stock” and ships in 4 to 6 business days. Having ordered on a Saturday I understood that most likely the order process would start Monday June 10th and I would have my item far before the event it was needed for. On July 3rd I sent a request for the status of my order to the email provided on my invoice. Again understanding a holiday was the next day I didn’t expect a response until Monday July 8th. When no response was received I then submitted a message through the websites online customer message center on July 9th and placed a call later in the day to the number on the website 888-967-5353. No one was available by phone which is strange as it was during normal business hours and as of today July 10th my order has not shipped and I have had zero contact from this company in regards to any communication in regards to the status of my order. I did expect delays as I was diligent and read the reviews here that reference this same scenario however if this company can’t ship “In Stock” items in 4 - 6 business days they really shouldn’t advertise it on their website.

***UPDATE 07/24/2019***

Received a call from Allen on 07/12 stating the ring would ship the following week. When I received no ring or further follow up by Friday July 19th, 2019 I filed a claim with my credit card company for a refund on Saturday July 20th, 2019. As of today I’ve had no further correspondence from this company.

I had a custom diamond wedding/eternity band made by them. I am really amazed at their level of customer service, ultimate price and quality. I had a very particular design in mind and I contacted them to see if they could do it. They said they would and would get back to me with price, specifications, etc within a week. I heard back in 2 days. I wanted some changes to the design and they dealt with me every step of the way in a friendly, responsive and prompt manner. I really was expecting them to tell me to take a hike because I think i got pretty annoying with small details that were important to me, but they always made me feel like my ideas were valuable and they worked with me. I thought their price was too good to be true for all the work and the quality of the diamonds. I had shopped around and got quoted 2-2.5x higher in price than what I ultimately paid for with World Jewels. My diamonds were GIA certified and simply gorgeous. I had the ring appraised at a local jeweler and they told me I got a very good, wholesale price for it. I get a lot of compliments on the ring and I will for sure trust them with another piece in the future.

I ordered a ring through the Wal-Mart portal on January 31st to propose to my Girlfriend on Valentines day.Expected delivery date for Feb 6th. That would give me plenty of time, right? WRONG. After being issued a USPS tracking number the ring never made it to a USPS facility therefore I couldn't track it. After 2 emails to the company I finally got a response the 2 days before Valentines saying they would fedex the ring and I would have it next day. Well it is now Valentines day and I am still waiting on a FedEx tracking number and an answer as to why I didn't receive it.

I purchased my wife's wedding band from WorldJewels and had a wonderful experience. First, I received an excellent work product. My wife and I were very pleased with the craftsmanship that went into designing her wedding band. Second, WorldJewels provided excellent customer service. It's time for you folks to clean house.

Where do I begin...
1) I seriously think they forgot about my online order. 3 weeks after I placed the order, I had not heard anything. When I emailed their general customer service email, they said they would ship the order the next day (interesting timing, no?)
2) When they did ship the order, they sent me a tracking number that did not work.
3) It would seem they forgot to charge me for my order. My credit card was never charged until a week after I received my order. Never had an online order that does not charge you right away or at least once the item was shipped.
4) I needed to get the ring I ordered resized (my fault, not theirs). However, when I emailed them to confirm their resizing policy and how to send the ring back (they are supposed to have free resizing), I NEVER received a response. We have decided to pay a local jeweler to resize it.

Our experience was excellent. Looking for leverback stud earrings 2 carat weight. Not to many places had it for our price range. Allen give us additional discount. Since this was our first time buying from them was little anxious since they had some good and bad reviews. Want to thank Allen for taking care of us.

18 months ago my now Husband and I purchased item # a.0030. Yellow gold "A diamond wedding set that is made up of 4.00 ct. total weight. Center stone can be customized between 1.00ct princess cut diamond, SI. Side diamonds on engagement ring totaling 2.00 ct. Made with round, princess and baguette diamonds in an invisible and prong setting. Matching band consists of 1.0ct. princess cut channel setting. Handcrafted in 14k Gold." Beautiful and unique. Just like other reviews we experienced same very poor customer service and false tracking # ploy. But the Worst was after receiving and needing an appraisal to insure, an independent appraiser showed us that Not Only does the center diamond have Flaws Visible to the Naked Eye but who ever set the center stone did it improperly and had Fractured the Center Diamond. We then obtained a 2nd independent appraisal from an appraiser considered to be one of the top appraisers in the state. she refused all knowledge of 1st appraisal/conditions until finishing her appraisal. Her findings were the same. With wedding weeks away I contacted World Jewels and explained findings asking Only what was Wrong be Made Right. Work Jewels Refused to do so. Fortunately I Only shipped them back the engagement ring. After multiple calls the jeweler called me back Yelling at me about "how dare I". They only offered to reduce the size of the stone to remove the broken part. But by this time we were 6 Days before our wedding. I told them their offer was unacceptable and to overnight untouched. 3 days later I received my ring back in same uninsurable condition; not knowing when the center diamond will fall out. P.S. appraised quality is I Not SI. Jeweler also yelled at me for insulting him. Sincerely, Heartbroken in Phoenix

Having bought from World Jewels before. My brother was looking for an engagement ring for his fiance and I recommended he goes to World Jewels. My brother wanted custom engagement ring. They walked him through the process and got him amazing deal and saved $1,200. Shipping was slow for him but the money he saved was ok with him. Definitely recommend anyone.

What a horrible experience! Buyer beware!
I tried to buy my wife a 5 diamond band for our anniversary. I ordered the ring on April 24, 2017. In early May I emailed twice wondering what was going on...No reply. Then I called and talked to someone and was told the ring was still being worked on. A week or so later I get a response email saying my ring will ship out On May 19. On May 23 I called because I never received and email with tracking number. I speak to customer service who has no real answer for me and says they are waiting for Allen. I email Allen and he sends me a reply that says a dispute with credit card company and can't ship ring. I check my credit card statement and call them to see that the transaction went through on May 18.
While speaking with my CC and they look at my account and say nothing was wrong as the transaction went through on the 18. So I had to tell them to stop and get that money back as World jewels just told me in an email that they were not going to ship out my ring. Just a nightmare. Now I need to find a local jeweler to help me for my anniversary.

I've been dating my husband for 5 years. We started dating back in high school so he's definitely my high school sweetheart. My husband decided to propose to me. My engagement ring was behind my expectation. It was the ring I always wished for item #e-310 the ring was made extremely beautiful every angle of it was excellence. I get compliments by everyone. I can't stop looking at it, because of how much I love it. We had our wedding on April 15th 2017. We began shopping for our wedding rings in February because we wanted to make sure it was something we liked. We browsed around at a few jewelry places around town but we didn't see anything that convinced us. When we got back home we contact worldjewels and was able to find my dream ring. Allen made sure we were aware of all dates for shipment and when our rings would arrive. I was extremely excited to receive the rings & when they finally came in on March 15th I was overwhelmed to see the rings it was love at first sight. I could not have gone anywhere else for work done this amazing. Allen did the most he could to satisfy us. This definitely won't be the last time shopping at worldjewels I am extremely happy with the results. I could totally recommend anyone to shop at worldjewels

They told me it shipped and gave me a tracking number. I checked the tracking number. It hasn't shipped. They've only created a label for it. Meanwhile it's been a month since I ordered the ring. They lied about the ship date when I asked them.
