How it Works
1.Order and Proxy Purchase
Request purchase of items from online shops in Japan using the WorldShopping cart.
(Products from online shops that do not display this cart can be requested through a separate request form).
Upon receiving an order, WorldShopping will purchase the ordered items on behalf of the customer at the online shop.
2. Product Arrival and Confirmation
All orders are sent to the WorldShopping warehouse.
Upon arrival, items will be unpacked, checked according to the "order information", and packaged for international shipping.
3. Preparations Completed Email Notice
The international shipping charges will be determined after the packing process has been completed (on average within 1 to 3 business days of receipt).
An e-mail is then sent to the customer to inform the international shipping and handling fees and payment method.
4.International Shipping Payment and Shipment
Customer follows the payment instructions in the email to process payment. The order will be shipped after payment is completed.
(Expect the package to be dispatched the following business day, within two business days at the latest.)
5.Wait for delivery!
The package will be delivered by EMS (Express Mail Service) 7~20 days after shipment.

Canceled item + undisclosed fees = BAD
I ordered 2 items that were held for over a month until it could be determined they would be ordered into warehouse. After more than a month one item was cancelled and the remaining item has incurred extra shipping charges that almost doubled the cost of the item. You should publish shipping costs at the time of purchase to give customers the option to choose a carrier then, or cancel the purchase. The existing policy is NOT customer friendly – no option to cancel + undisclosed extra costs. I would NOT shop here again.

Easy and seamless way of purchasing from Japan.
I had been to Japan and made a large purchase at a store I love, only to find the goods had been stolen from my suitcase when it arrived in my home country. I applied through WorldShopping to this store, and they provided everything I had originally purchased. The order was sent to me seamlessly with regular updates.
