Was not able to connect

Was not able to connect despite following all instructions and several web chats. Worldsim said they would escalate the issue but never got back and then offered a wrong solution before finally ignoring me again. Waste of £50 very unhappy

I have not had a full refund for a faulty SIM card

I paid extra postal fee to get the SIM card quickly. Sim didn't work. Chat troubleshooting did not resolve. Worldsim insisted I returned it at my expense which I've already done but they've only refunded me £32 £10 less the cost of the card and the postage both ways which is not in line with consumer rights.

Best value eSIMs

I’ve used a few eSIMs before and usually found the setup frustrating. WorldSim was refreshingly simple—no app needed, just scan the QR code and my iPhone handled everything. On top of that, it was the best price I found for my destination (10GB). Highly recommended.

Excellent and easy instructions to set up and use without any issues. I will be using world sim everytime i am travelling. Me and my wife both purchased through world sim and both have our own esims. Price is very good and affordable.

Used to be Gold, now it's a lemon.

I have used WorldSIM successfully for many years now, having had two physical SIM cards to use one for data and one data/voice. About 6 months ago I swapped to a phone with an eSIM and then my problems began. Firstly trying to use a particular eSIM from their product line the phone would allow it to operate. Despite my calling and contacting, I still am over $100 in credit on SIM I cannot use. WorldSIM's answer it is a problem with you phone. I have succesfully used multiple eSIMs from other providers. Also the credit for both my other SIMs has disappeared from the account, and there are no usage records for me to check. So overall very unhappy, their customer service is none existent, having been told that it has been escalated as an issue with a ticket raised. The silence from WorldSIM is deafening. I have asked for a refund for the eSIM I cannot use, nothing, transfer the credit to another SIM, nothing. So overall, where I used to be very happy with them I can no longer recommend them at all. Hopefully this missive may prmpt some action, but I will not hold my breath.
This is an update on the 4th April - in response to the review above I received an email from customer services requesting more information, this I supplied in response on the 29th March. Have Worldsim changed are they worrying about negative reviews? Obviously not since they ahve not even acknowledged my reply. The problem with review sites is in actual fact you cannot give a negative score because at this time it would be down to minus 5 stars, with a warning to all to avoid like the plague until they get their act together. I have clarify that I have used them successfully for at least 5 years, but in the last six months their customer service is the utter pits.
