Timely support

I contacted the support and they were very helpful in providing responses. Although I wasn't able to activate my eSIM as I am still in my home country, they have said it will automatically activate once I reach my destination with appropriate changes to phone settings being made.

Amazing customer service

When I started the online chat Sam was right there, no hanging on the line for a response, my query was addressed and sorted within minutes. The team who work for Worldsim are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and confirmation messages/emails sent to verify any changes or updates to your account. I love these people, why can't other companies treat their customers this way it's awesome. Thanks everyone from a very happy customer.

Scam - eSIMs don't work

Twice now I have bought eSIMs through WorldSIM, that just don't work. About one year apart, and for two different countries. And they refuse to give a refund when contacted. Never again.

Extremely poor product and service

Extremely poor product and service. I felt ripped off as nothing worked as described and I did not get what I paid for. The instructions seem simple but when they don’t work there is no 24/7 chat or contactable customer service like they say on their website. All they want to do is sell top ups. Much better products and services available from other suppliers.

It works and it is reliable

Need a UK number for various apps and to be reached when abroad and of course in the UK. I have used WorldSim for the last 7 years. After a worldwide hiccup they set things straight and better than before.
