Super unreliable and incoming calls DO NOT WORK

I have had the worldSIM for 3 days now and it doesnt work properly. I am unable to recive calls on the number and my outgoing calls rarely get connected.

I have gone through trouble shooting with the online person 2 times and they have raised a ticket to the tech team with the promise that they will get back to me next day. It has been 3 days and still nothing.

The online chat people are polite but uselss when it comes to resolving the issue and now I have paid for a product which doesnt work for me.

Refund is also not an option, even though I am not recieving the service i paid for.

the eSIM did not work at all during my trip. I was in constant contact with the support team and followed all of the troubleshooting steps they advised, but we were unable to resolve the issue. In the end, they apologized for the service failure, and I was forced to purchase a local SIM card instead.

Got Technical Issue in Singapore

I have been in Singapore for few days short visit before riding coach to Penang, my phone was suddenly not able to connect to the local provider yesterday due to some technical issue. Worldsim could immediately respond my concern on live chat and eventually fix the technical issue for me.Good service.
