I recently trained with a Wowbao ambassador. Wowbao did a TikTok live last Sunday where they were doing discounts and freebies! I ordered lots and was so excited to receive my freebies. Unfortunately, when the package arrived it had been re-sealed by DPD and freebies were nowhere to be seen. I emailed Wowbao and shortly after Shaun called me. He let me pick a freebie from the website and has organised for it to be sent to me.

From disappointment from the couriers to feeling excited again after speaking to Wowbao just shows how good their customer service is. Thanks so much Shaun!!

10/10 Products, the gels are fabulous especially for a beginner, the customer service is top tier, they are happy to help no matter what. The desk lamp is fab and has 100% upgraded all my content. Would 100% recommend this brand to all nail techs. The ethos of the brand is centred around customer service and they care so much about their customers. This brand is a real diamond of a company and they are such lovely kind people.

Rebranded over to the company a while ago and I have not been disappointed. Products are amazing, customer service is excellent and shipping is speedy. Very satisfied with commit and advice WowBao offer their clients

I purchased the ombre sprays and accidentally put two of the full bundle in my basket. I contacted them explaining my error and they honestly couldn't have been more understanding. I returned the extra ones for a full refund, no questions ask. Amazing Customer Service. The product itself is a game changer and I have posted on my socials shouting from the rooftops how wonderful this product is.

I am so desperate to try some of their other products out, as the experience with this company was amazing.

Can't wait to place another order with them.

If I could rate more than 5 stars, I honestly would! When I first wanted to place an order I wasn’t sure what to get and needed advice. I contacted the Wowbao team and the help I received was beyond what I expected. The team went out of their way to help me and after I placed an order they even gave me a few extra goodies! Since then I have placed another order and am already looking to place another! Absolutely beautiful products, friendly staff and so reasonably priced! Wowbao has truly helped me up my nail game! I can see why they have wow at the beginning of the name! I have ordered a few times now and have decided to rebrand with them as they are so approachable and friendly and their products are 5⭐️ nothing is too much trouble if you have any queries. Great brand, fab prices, I was so happy after my first order that I instantly placed a second. Good thick polishes that could easily be just one coat application. Helpful team to answer any questions as well. 10/10 from me 🥰

What an amazing brand very helpful and very polite and they pride themselves on customer service and there product well what can I say …… there fabulous the lay on the builder gel is wow the polish is so pigmented and beautiful iv created so many looks with there product I wouldn’t use anyone else now

Lovely friendly business. I ordered from them and sadly something was out of stock. They refunded the item straight away and a little extra for the trouble. The communication I’ve received from them has been great and I’ll definitely be ordering g again when the item is back in stock.

I Re Branded to WOWBAO NAILS 2 and a half years ago and I've never looked back. I use pretty much EVERYTHING . Builder Gel is INCREDIBLE. It comes is gorgeous shades and finishes , Hema and TPO free . Slightly thicker than most so you can build a lovely structure. Retention is the best . The Gels are stunning again Hema & TPO Free, super pigmented , come in over 350 shades . Also collections, relective, catseye, jelly ... AMAZING . Again , retention is the best ive ever tried .The products, customer care , community ( over on their group) is just lovely..
If u Re brand you defo wouldn't regret it . I absolutely love Wowbao Nails! Their products have become a staple in my kit.
