-10 How's that??? Worst Company Ever! Is it possible to review a company as a -10? This is the worst experience I have ever had. The products were garbage. Not what was pictured on the website at all. To return them was going to cost so much it wasn't worth it. When they told me they would give me a $30 refund, I said ok - but now it's been months and months of daily email exchange and they just keep going through a circle of the same email - without honouring their promise. Garbage, junk and horrific customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. And by the way, they are now operating as Chicnora - do not order!

The people writing the fife stars reviews ,are their own employees i think. Because the quality of the product you get vs what the picture looks like is totally different. They take pictures of nice garment then send you junk. You can not wear it's junk.

I’ve never experienced such bad service and deceit. We’ve grown to trust online purchasing. Not this one - stay clear. I had to return items due to extremely poor quality and not looking as pictured. They say they will return my money but still have not after 2 months.

I have actually never been so disappointed with an online purchase EVER. Wowmia, you leave a lot to be desired. I have zero problem buying inexpensive items - you get what you pay for right? But the actually deceit in said purchases is unreal. The rather expensive jacket was nothing like it looked, the sizes on all the jackets and tops were all out of whack - I looked at the sizing chart prior to purchase. One of the pieces of jewelry fell apart.....oh and the jacket that I was so looking forward to receiving took 2 months to get to me. Like really? So, instead of fighting about getting my money back, I figure letting everyone else know is a better tactic!

Do not buy from this website, I have had nothing but problems for months, from emails stating they are out of the items so expect long shipping delays to then not receiving my complete order.
I then requested a refund 3 weeks ago for the missing item which was not shipped as promised, and I’m still waiting.
They lie to you, the quality of the items is cheap and I will never again buy from these scammers, it’s been a nightmare.

Shameful!!!!! Scam artists. Product is nothing like the pic advertised.
Inferior and cheap material compared to pic. Takes forever to arrive.. more like over 2 months.
I spent USD 76 n they offered a USD 18 refund!!! And I have to pay for shipping back to them.

What a corrupt company. Product looks nothing like the pictures they advertise. The product takes so long to ship and past the deadline for the return policy of 30 days. They won't let you return since it is past the 30 days when you ordered. Try to email and the employees don't care and don't read all the information to respond responsibly.
This company is a big rip off!!!!

Really great dress! The fabric is fairly heavy and the olive green color was the same as the picture online. I'm 5'2" and stocky so I ordered an XL because I'd rather have it big than small. The nice thing is that the tie at the waist makes it adjustable. It also creates a slimming waistline, which I love. However, if I were much taller, I feel like this would have been a little short.

I bought my first piece in the store and I'm delighted. It came super well packed and did not take long to arrive. The quality is good and the fabric soft and good. I'll continue shopping because I liked it a lot. It served in me perfectly, according to my style.

False Advertising, Don't believe them! The product received after months of waiting for it's arrival was nothing like the description or picture. The embroidered jacket was not embroidered, it was cheap printed velvet. Terribly disappointing. Wouldn't wear it ever.

Then after i keep insisting they write back offering me 15.00 credit when my purchase was 65. 00

The product that I received was of the poorest quality and terrible fit. The return process is a nightmare. It took me 2 weeks of consistent following up to get the company to provide the process to return the item and and address to ship to. During that time all I received as far as information was apologies and the request that I accept a credit for the returned item. I sent the item back and 5 weeks later still can’t get any timeframe that money will be credited back to me. I would never recommend this company.

I've been coming to this store since I was in High School. Now I bring my daughter to shop with me. I love this store we find so many good clothes that is usually twice as much somewhere else. I always find what I need. Good quality and affordable prices you just need a good eye.
