Wowmia has proven to be so good to me. I wanted three dresses for my daughter's birthday and therefore ordered two months earlier from this store. To my amazement they delivered within a month and I had to hide them. She was saw happy with them and wants more of them therefore I will be making another order early next month

I wish I would read the reviews, item don't look like pictures at all. Plus used the size chard and the jacket is for a kid. Please be careful. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I placed order for two jackets and it took a month to receive. The items did not look like advertisement. Very cheaply made and quality was very poor. Ad was Very deceiving. I feel like I have been scammed and would like to return and get money back. Very dis appointing. I would give them a zero star. Buyer beware I imagine all their items will be deceiving and not at all as pictured in advertising

I was impressed with the level of professionalism in this store. It's true that I may not have spent much but I still received a discount. Tracking my shipment was easy and I just received the best quality

SCAM. They have given me a false tracking no and the items have not been delivered. I will be give them until end of this week and then report a fraud. DISGUSTING

I am happy that my order has finally reached me. I had a very easy time during the shipment since Wowmia helped me to track the order and its finally here. The quality has also impressed me and I will continue being a loyal customer

I am very disappointed with the coat I received. 1) The picture showed a lining where the front flips up. The facing was not serged in the photo, but sewn into a lining. 2) The picture shows a packet on the end of the sleeve and blind hem. The sleeve on the coat I received is serged and hemmed up with the stitching showing. 3) The coat was never pressed. The collar does not lay flat and the under collar rolls to the top because it is wider than the top collar piece. The front facing does not stay under the opening, but rolls out with the serged edge showing. It looks terrible when worn. I have included 2 photos. This coat was sewn on white cheap polyester fabric that had been printed with the design, sewn and rolled up and stuffed into a bag. Not even folded nice. None of the seams or facings have been pressed. I'm afraid to press it or it will melt. It is that poor of quality.

Best quality of service anytime, any day. It's nice buying my birthday outfits from you guys. I really appreciate your business terms and conditions, would definitely recommend more customers for you.

My situation with WowMia is the same. I ordered 5 items. Paid thru PayPal..got immediate notification of payment made from my bank..and verification WowMia recieved it within seconds of the transaction. At that time I was given an order number...but no estimate of delivery date. I contacted them for that information...no answer.

I continued to try and find out the delivery date...no luck. Finally 3 weeks later I was given a shipping number for 2 of the items amd told they were being shipped with a tracking number. Still no date of arrival. I kept checking tracking number...saying not shipped. It's been 10 days since the email of the tracking number still saying not shipped.

I contacted them again...this time I got a text message on my phone saying the items will take 20 more business days to arrive for 2 of the 5 items.

I have noticed now I am getting hit with emails from other companies showing the same merchandise yet a different company name all from China.

I wish I had looked into this "company" prior to trusting them. I have submitted a dispute with PayPal and with the BBB.
This is obviously a scam. I might as well say goodbye to my money! But not before I plaster this all over the net!

Last November, I ordered 2 pair of shoes from the Wowmia site. THE 1ST ISSUE; that I experienced was just getting the product. They billed my credit card immediately after I placed the order on Nov 10. But the shoes didn't reach me until almost 30 days later. Anyone that does online shopping knows that your card shouldn't be billed until the items ship. None the less - THE 2nd ISSUE; Knowing that their manufacturing was probably somewhere in Asia, I ordered them a size larger, When they came, they were still too small and looked very cheap. THE 3RD ISSUE; I contacted the returns department immediately to get a return authorization for a refund. They balked when I suggested that I wanted to return and not exchange the shoes. I pressed, so three emails later, they finally gave me a domestic ship to address with a "person", not the companies name. THE 4TH ISSUE; I FedEx'ed the return to the address given at my own expense. THE 5TH ISSUE; HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK. I tracked the package and confirmed that it had been signed for by someone at the address. But I never got my refund. That was two months ago. Since then, I had contacted them repeatedly x5 times via email. They have no phone number. Each time they've told me to be patient and assured me that they'd credit my card back soon. Now 9 weeks later, I "just" received my refund. But I would "strongly" suggest that if you are not in a hurry to get your product and you expect that you will like it and won't want to return it, that you "DON'T ORDER FROM WOWMIA".

Items look attractive in photos but they run very small and sleeves are too short. Also there is no return slip in the package and no address online for the company so you're stuck with everything you purchased.

I am not leaving a 1-star rating- this is to inform everyone else, I am filing a claim with the California State Attorney Generals office.
I will also include everyone's reviews. The same thing has happened to me. I am filing a fraud claim. This is terrible!! I will also check all reviews moving forward before I purchase.

I ordered a coat well before Christmas and it arrived mid January. I emailed them I wanted a refund because the coat was not what was pictured. They requested I take a picture and show them which I did. I have emailed that picture three separate times and they have not responded. Will not ever order from them again.

Ordered a coat begining of December, beging of Jan still no item. Emailed them saying where is my item said sorry we are waiting for it to come back in stock? Surly should of kept me in the loop. I said not good enough i want my money back. It's now February and I have sent 4 emails asking where my money is and everytime they email back we have spoke to the manager and your on emergency refund. They have said this line 3 times and still no money....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I've just received my first order from Wowmia. NOTE TO SELF: "next time check reviews on Trustpilot first!". The packaging itself indicated that I was not going to receive the beautiful coat pictured on their website. A crumpled and cheap garment is what I got from them. Very deceitful and misleading photos indeed. I suppose that is why they encourage people to leave a review before even receiving their order, by offering a discount/bait! This is a total disgrace. No point of returning or request a refund as the aim of this company is simply to rip people off.

TOTAL SCAM - I ordered a green "satin blouse" and when it arrived it was a poorly made rayon shirt. I threw it in the bin. It also took about 8 weeks to arrive.
The pictures look great but you don't get what you see.

Absolute rubbish! Cheapest material possible and didn’t resemble the coat in the picture in any way!! AVOID!!!!!

I wish I could give them NO stars. I ordered a jacket and when I received the item it looked NOTHING like the picture. I have been emailing them back and forth for a refund but they insist it is “lighting and different angles they take the pic at”. I emailed them back and was like really are you people blind because in the pic online it looks like velour and the item I received is not. Also the pic online has way more blue then the actual item. I will be calling my credit card company to get a refund on my jacket. This place is a PIECE OF CRAP RIP OFF! DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY.!!!!

I paid almost $50 for a coat that looked NOTHING like the picture when it arrived after 2 months of waiting. The material was also very cheap and instead of being full length, it maybe reached my knees. Nothing about that coat looked good. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
