Fantastic Company with Exceptional Employees
First of all WP-Lister and Import from eBay to WooCommerce is a godsend. These two plugins make it simple transfer listings from eBay to your website or upload products from your website to eBay. It also makes inventory control between the two so easy. If an item sells out on my website, the software automatically cancels the listing on eBay and vice versa. It takes the worry out of inventory control between two platforms. Additionally, the customer support is second to none. More specifically, John M, a "Happy Software Engineer" at WP Lab has gone over and above to help me when ever I have a question or concern. John takes the time to point me in the right direction and does it with a great attitude. I truly appreciate his expertise and can do attitude. He definitely needs a big pay raise! Thanks again John and the great team at WP Labs for the fantastic product and customer service.

You make it difficult to spend money with you
Invoices don't auto renew. When we do renew software doesn't update as paid. Invoice number does not appear on bank statement. This all makes for a painful experience compared with our other 40 suppliers who seem to have this all sorted.

I'm pleased to share that we've completely overhauled our billing system since then. We now offer automatic license renewals, immediate software activation upon payment, and clearer transaction references on bank statements. These improvements were directly influenced by feedback like yours.

Wslab makes complex plugins simple
Wslab makes very complex plugins and does it well. I recommend both their Ebay and Amazon plugins to all of my ecommerce customers and now I have an ecommerce store of my own they are both installed to make my life easier.

Brilliant dev team and a brilliant plugins. I use WP-Lister for Amazon/eBay Pro for multiple clients and it's by far the best eBay solution you'll find. The most important thing though is the quality of support on offer. On the rare occasions there are issues, the devs are immediately on the case and always resolve the issue (almost always my fault!). Can't rate them highly enough and would strongly recommend you use them for eBay/Amazon/WooCommerce integrations.

Very pleased with WP Lab's WP-Lister Pro for eBay
I've both used and contacted several companies that offer inventory syncing between WooCommerce and eBay. I have found WP Lab's WP-Lister Pro for eBay to be the most well thought out and intuitive of the plugins for this category. My few contacts with support so far have been received with timely and detailed responses. I would recommend them.
