I'm really sorry for your experience, Sebastian, but after some research I can tell you that there is no recent support request to be found in our entire helpdesk system that came from your email address info@**-i**.de, which is linked to your latest order. The only email from that email address we ever received came in on Jun 9, '20, 12:34 - the subject was "Fehler Variationen" - and it was replied by John at Jun 9, '20, 12:36, which was 2 minutes later!
That being said, searching for your email address in our helpdesk system showed me that usually your support requests are not sent from your email address, but from Rene, who introduced himself as your "technical helper", but even from this address there were no support requests to be found in the weeks before you wrote that review. There was one request from s*********@*********-inter******.de submitted on Sep 7, 10:33, which is 4 days after your review and currently still open after a total of 14 messages back an forth, and the first reply from John came at Sep 7, 11:59, which was less that 90 minutes after Rene submitted his request.
There were a total of nine requests sent by Rene since 2015, all of which have been answered in time and solved, except the latest one which is still open as we're still trying to identify the problem with your settings, as Mike replied this Friday, suggesting to tweak some tax setting options on your site.
Whatever went wrong here, I don't see any fault on our side, and certainly you and Rene have received multiple answers to multiple questions over the years, so I don't quite understand why you pretend that our support would not contact you back. I can only suspect that you mistyped your email address, if you used the support form on our website (which we recommend), or that there was some kind of problem with your emails, if you sent your request directly via email (which generally works as well as the support form).
If you did sent your request via email, then please find it in your Sent folder in your email client and forward it again to support@wplab.com and mention this review so we can look into this.

Great Plugin <3
This plugin is really good.
I’m also developer. I have a website on shopify. I tried to found a shopify app to support me upload shopify products to amazon and I tried many app but there is no one to satisfy me (it doesnt have all of features I need).
So I now decide to move on woocommerce. Luckily I find wp lister good.
It has a lot of features I need (I’m using pro version).
Documents is good and clear (I’m also developer. So I know Document is really important.

Doesn't work

WP lab is a must have for anybody that…
WP lab is a must have for anybody that has a woocommerce store and plans to sell on eBay or Amazon. It is a enormous time saver and makes importing and updating listings very easy. Customer support is also very effective with timely and useful responses. Highly recommend!

We have used a WPLab software for a couple of years now and it is hands down the most cost effective robust solution around.
Some other reviews seem to think it is fiddly to set up and complicated - realistically software this powerful and customisable has to have an element of complexity to it in order for it to be able to integrate fully into amazon and Ebay’s processes. Once the initial setup is completed it pretty much runs itself.
We recommend this to others all the time, having compared some other systems recently when we were trying to integrate wayfair the pricing is also *extremely* fair for what this does.
The only minor problem we have is with managing stock on eBay variations - we would love to see a feature to chain MVL skus stock levels to woocommerce simple products - that would be so useful where we have both single and MVL listings of the same product, no idea if that is possible or not though.
Developers really know their stuff, personalised replies have been sent to us with every enquiry.
We would love to see Amazon Vendor , Etsy and Wayfair plug-ins in the future as your software is much better thought out than some other companies ... put us down as willing beta testers!
