I'm sorry to hear about your experience with WP-Lister for Amazon, Mr. Ashcroft. If you could let me know which part of the documentation you found unclear or outdated I will personally take make sure that it gets updated as soon as possible.

You are right, the documentation for WP-Lister for Amazon is not fully complete yet and there should be a collection of short introduction videos like there are for the eBay version. We hope to publish some basic introduction videos in the near future but I would appreciate more details on what exactly you found unclear or had problems with in order to improve that part.

Regarding support, we usually reply much quicker than within 24 hours (except on weekends) and we also offer a live chat on our website, but since we are a small company we can't afford to offer this 24/7. At which time and timezone did you try to get support via live chat?

We are considering offering real time 1 on 1 support for Pro users via phone or video chat, but that would have to involve an extra fee in order to be economically reasonable - or would have to be limited to a certain amount of time that would be included in the purchase of WP-Lister Pro. I suppose such an offer would have solved your issues more quickly, right?

If you re not happy with your purchase we will issue a full refund, of course and any time. But I would either way try to improve on the areas you experienced those problems, so I'll gladly listen to your input. Just send me an email and make it say "To Matt" at the top so the others will forward it to me.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Steve. I'm glad you find our plugins useful, but I could you give me the ticket number of a conversation where you had the feeling that we implied that you were to blame? I'm sorry if we gave that impression, that's one of the drawbacks of written communication, but I'm sure nobody here meant to blame a customer when something doesn't work as expected.

We are here to help with whatever problems you might encounter with our products, and if anything doesn't work out then I would say the fault is either with the plugin or with the documentation (which does indeed leave room for improvement) - or even with the support. But I can assure you that we are trying to continuously improve all of those.

I'm sorry for your experience, but this has nothing to do with us. As I already explained with all the details according to Stripe, your credit card information has already been in circulation before you made that payment on our site, so the only thing I can recommend is to report your card as stolen/leaked to your bank to avoid any further incidents.

We have never ever taken any money from anyone who didn't give it voluntarily, nor have we ever refused to issue a refund to anyone, not even after 6 months after their purchase. We don't want a single unhappy customer, which is why we would never try to force anyone to do anything against their will.

Of course, your payment with us has been refunded. But I cannot refund any additional payments that were not placed on our site.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback, Jedidiah. We certainly do our best to help you with any hiccups you might encounter. There also is a certain learning curve, but in return you get a great deal of flexibility and options by using WP-Lister - including custom code snippets to satisfy even rare and unique use cases.

WP-Lister was built to enable you to manage all your sales channels from one central dashboard, one which you have complete control over and which can be customised according to your specific needs. Sometimes that might require a bit of custom coding, or adding integration hooks for other developers, but we do our best to get even rare use cases to work satisfactory.

Thanks, Tzvi, you are very welcome. Of course, we gladly recommend other plugins, like a currency switcher plugin we know to work well with WP-Lister. But even if some third party plugin does not work correctly with WP-Lister right away we should be able to make it work, unless it is something that can only be fixed in the other plugin.
