Today I wanted to submit an application on this site. After creating an account,submit an application here, anyone have to complete Step 1 to Step 6. I just completed Step 1 to Step 4. Before submitting CV on Step 5 , I submitted here my academic certificates on Step 6 . Because my CV was not create properly. When I thought that I will submit my CV on Step 5 , then that website started loading and showed me that 'my account has been closed''. After 2 or 3 minutes, they sent a e-mail that my application has been rejected. I couldn't submit my CV there and before notify me and complete all Step 1 to Step 6,,they closed my account. Don't waste your time to submit application there. Because they reject applications without proper verification and without any notification they close any account. Which email you will use for creating an account,if reject the application,that email will not use again on this site for a new application. As a humble request for new applicants , from my real experience,telling that,don't waste your precious time on this site.

Firstly, it is important to mention that until an applicant completes all the obligatory steps while submitting an application form, it is not technically possible for the Managers to check an application and decide on the final outcome. It means that you completed all the needed steps of your application for it to be checked. Upon termination of your application, you received an email with the stated final outcome, so please make sure to check your email inbox.
Secondly, as far as we can see from our side, your first application was deleted due to plagiarism used (which is strictly prohibited) and your second application was removed since you registered again in less than a year after your first application’s deletion. We would highly recommend you to double check Terms of Use available on the website to get acknowledged with our rules and requirements.
Thirdly, we accept only those applicants with good English command and satisfactory writing skills which, unfortunately, are not present in your review. Please make sure to improve your English and try to register with us again in 1 year.

14 years for a reason
I've worked with this company for 14 years for a good reason: the Support Team lives by its name and provides excellent support for writers dealing with challenging clients. The company provides other incentives to make writers stay: skill tiers, bonuses, affiliate earnings, interesting cases, etc. However, it's the people I work with that act as the game changer.
Perhaps the only thing that could be better is the "fighting" for cases during non-peak season. Sometimes I find myself "contesting" applications with other writers for cases when many of us apply for the same case and I don't always get what I apply for. Once in a blue moon, I run into difficult clients who try all sorts of shenanigans. Fortunately, the Support Team always assists me in such matters.
Overall, Writerbay is a good company to write for thanks to my colleagues. It's not perfect, but it's more than good enough to want to make me stay due to the Support Team and the option to work anywhere with a laptop and an internet connection.

Writerbay is a scam.
They're scammers. Please don't waste your time applying for them. I finish their initial tests and left when i read reviews about them but they start sending me mails to finish my application and i did it after almost two weeks. Completed all the quizzes and assessments, submitted my top scoring samples and my degree. I'm an advanced level writer stilly application got rejected.

No feedback. Automatically rejected without an exact reason.
I applied and did everything accordingly. Did the test and all. And once I submitted all the necessary documents, I waited. But despite them saying it would take not more than 14 days to review my application, and that it usually takes time due to the large volume of applications received, somehow mine was reviewed and rejected speedily. Let’s say I was through with my application by 2.00pm. By 2.30pm of the same day, I was rejected. I’m beginning to think my application was not even reviewed at all.
And up until now, the email I sent them requesting why I was auto-rejected hasn’t been replied. Since May. No feedback. Nothing. What a waste!

Lack of transperancy
As for me, I cannot trust this company. Their processes are rather strange. They requested my passport and then closed my account without any explanation. All reputable platforms use KYC services to verify identity and handle other legal issues. This is a very peculiar company.

Writerbay: a Nightmare of Unprofessionalism
When I discovered Writerbay, I saw it as a promising freelance opportunity. However, I was thoroughly disappointed by this unprofessional platform. Holding a C2 English level (TOEFL certificate) and having lived in the US for five years, along with years of experience collaborating with international students, I submitted an excellent sample. To my surprise, within two days, their manager rejected my application, citing "grammar mistakes" in my sample. I was taken aback. I requested a more detailed report or at least identification of a single mistake, but their manager responded curtly, stating, "Unfortunately, we do not provide our applicants with any report." This company appears dubious and lacks respect for potential applicants. Don't waste your time with them.

You have provided a degree certificate which our system and responsible managers detected as altered and not valid which led to rejection of your application form.
Additionally, please be informed that we are not gathering documents, but we are requesting official proof of your educational background for us to make sure an applicant has corresponding education to work with us. You can check all the steps required to complete an application form on the main page of our website.
What is more, sometimes it is needed to verify an applicant's identity since we do care about security of personal data and this step is highlighted in the Terms of Use.
Finally, it is of an utmost importance to notice that if an applicant completes an application form it does not mean that such an application will be for sure accepted. The procedure of completion of an application form is similar to an interview while you are applying for a position and does not guarantee 100% success.

Writerbay scams people and gathers free documents. Police alert!
I went through all stages of testing at WriterBay, after which they required me to upload a diploma. I graduated from the University of Otago with honors and uploaded photographs. Their manager said that she was not satisfied with the photo of my diploma and rejected the application. When I asked for clarification, their refused to provide an explanation. I have already contacted the British police regarding identity theft. Avoid these scammers.
P.S. Their reply to this review is ridiculous, as I have legal arguments supporting the validity of my document. My educational institution has officially confirmed it. It sounds absurd. I have already notified the police.
