Awful company. Vouchers don't come in a timely manner. Helpline is run by a 3rd party who simply "log" complaints that go nowhere. Emails result in an automated response that never resolve the issue.... See more

It may cost you more!

Be warned. Going through the xexec employee discount portal to Samsung may cost you more than the normal Samsung shop website. e.g Samsung Z flip 3 is £70 more expensive on the employee portal

No real discounts

My company uses xexec to provide discounts on various good and services to employees. However there are a number of serious problems:
Many of the discounts are paltry and better or equivalent discounts can easily be found elsewhere.
Frequently discount codes do not work.
The voucher system is so onerous I would rather pay the extra (generally paltry) sum of money for the goods/service and not have to deal with it.
Some of the so called ‘discounts’ are not even discounts at all and are actually more expensive than if you buy directly. I found this specifically with goods from apple.
In short a waste of time, xexec gives no material benefit to employees and company management have had the wool pulled over their eyes.
I will be initiating a conversation with Human Resources to divest of their relationship with xexec and provide a better employee discount service that actually provides real discounts

Not worth the small reward for the potential pitfalls

This is the first time I've used this service and over ordered by mistake. It was only £10 but for the small rewards (7% discount) it makes a big difference. When I asked for a refund on the additional voucher i was told this was not refundable even though I've not used it. I'm now stuck with a voucher I don't really want for what is an equivalent of £0.70 discount. I expect I'll probably end up using it for something I could get cheaper elsewhere so what's the point. Apparently once you've received the voucher by mail your consumer rights go out the window. I was dubious before about the advantages of this scheme and this has confirmed my fears thats it's really not worth the hassle. I will not be using Xexec again

Risk not always worth small rewards

Xexec are fine and app is good. The problem is with refunds.

I purchased about £80 or argos and £110 currrys vouchers. Both orders were cancelled by the vendor because of stock reasons, and they will only refund my voucher with a voucher.

This is not the fault of xexec, but now I have £200 of vouchers stuck with these companies and I had to spend another £200 buying the stuff from Amazon.

All this to try and save about £3.....

A good idea but INTERMITTENTLY dreadful website and communications

Small discounts on shopping welcome but the time it takes to get them make them unviable. Just ordered a Sainsburys voucher supposedly provided instantly but it, unlike the order acknowledgement, not sent or available on the website.
Emails both to the customer service and the CEO are ignored.
Just not worth the hassle of subscribing. Has taken me at least 15 minutes to try to get a £4 deduction.

I've made my peace with them- no not been bribed!- the experience that led to that review was probably not typical even if dire, and have used the site satisfactorily since.

When the company was with our previous…new experience

When the company was with our previous employee discount group I did not have any problems. It has been unfortunate that me 1st experience with you has been probmatic but hopefully that has been resolved and I look forward to a working relationship with your company in the future. Thank you. Anne

Excellent service

Excellent service, specifically Kim, who helped me to book a hotel using a great deal, making the process extremely easy throughout. Unfortunately, due to the Covid Pandemic, we were unable to make the trip, and Kim was on hand again to deal with the cancellation. Will definitely be using again when we're allowed back out :)
