Received vouchers from work and purchased my own . Great way of saving money and great company to deal with 👍

I was waiting on vouchers through work and as there was a delay and a deal on I emailed them and they responded in 2 days and I have my vouchers now. Very kind and understanding too.

Had an issue with cashback not being added but sent an email and it was quickly resolved! Thanks

I received a gift from my line manager via this site but unfortunately what she had chosen was out of stock. I was contacted by Xexec later that day to let me know and to choose another gift. I did this and received confirmation straight away that this was being processed and I should receive it within a few days

Can't recommend them enough and use them regularly. For big ticket items but also bits here and there. Usually very prompt but also very polite.

Some great value there, with almost every large retailer you can think of in the UK. From savings on your coffee to your big screen purchase or holidays. Finding it very useful, but still trying to get used to search xexec before I do the purchase.
Note: sometimes the savings are minimal (e.g. 4% or less), which feels like a pain to go thru the process for a minimal saving. But all in all, I highly recommend it.

The registration part was not working and the customer service was quick and easy. Very happy and can now access the app.

I ordered some reloadable store voucher cards from my company scheme and unfortunately they weren't delivered after 5 working days. So I immediately contacted Xexec customer service (yes credit to them I was actually able to email a human being, which is more than I can say about most of those sorts of outfits), and they immediately tracked down the order and dispatched the replacement cards inside of an hour. Well done to Romina for expediting this and well done to Xexec for having in place the systems and people to sort out these sorts of unexpected issues. The only reason it's 4/5 stars is the items got lost in the first place.

Once again, Xexec built a good customer experience. I recently placed an order with a retailer and my cashback transaction was missing. When I raised this issue with the customer service agent (Elise), she was very helpful, I am happy with her quick response and a very clear and concise solution to my issue.
