My account was suspended without justification, with no channel for appeal, and we are preparing to file a lawsuit in court.
Xiaohongshu (RED) suspended my account with no valid reason. I was harassed by unknown accounts right before the ban, and I suspect malicious group reporting.
All of my appeals were rejected within 5 minutes, clearly without human review. The app offers no transparency, no explanation, and treats users unfairly.
This platform is not safe for international users, as there's no way to protect your account or appeal unjust actions. I have filed an official complaint to Apple and will continue to document this abuse.
