Don't order from them I ordered a dress for my grand daughters wedding. ordered in June. Tracking is showing in North Carolina on July 4. It us now August 4 and still not received. Customer Service is poor as they only keep saying wait on it. Will never order again.

They will not refund me my money
They will not refund me my money. I wasn’t told the items I ordered was pre-order so I should’ve got my refund back ASAP the same way I paid. It should be the same way. I get it back ASAP. Any other company will refund my money I get it back last night or the next day and I’ve been reaching out to him since July 11 and still no payment keep saying the same thing over and over so I’m have to figure out how to go to somebody over them to get my money.

Love the look of the clothes
Love the look of the clothes. Have shopped with Xpluswear and received multiple compliments. However, the wait is too long. I’m still waiting on a dress I ordered over 4 months ago. The rest of the items came at different times but they at least arrived.
Most times the clothes fit a bit smaller so I order a size larger and they fit. Every once in a while the items don’t end up looking like what I anticipate but someone normally responds to emails timely.
My latest find received so many compliments and was worn for a special occasion.

Never again. "Waiting shipping"
Everything went wrong. I placed an order that sat in the cart for over a week "awaiting shipping" it was time sensative for a cruise a month away. After waiting a week I canceled the entire order (wise). The order was canceled June 21st and I did not get my refund until today August 2nd. I cruised and returned before my electronic refund, smh. Never again!

Sent poor quality item in lieu of what I ordered
I ordered an item that was listed as pre-order. I received no advice as to when it might ship. I followed up with customer service, and got a useless response saying it would be shipped according to their process. When I received my parcel, it contained an item I didn’t order and there was no sign of my item. I contacted customer service again - they confirmed I had been sent the wrong item by the warehouse and they could no longer get me the right item. They offered for me to keep the item and accept a coupon code equivalent of 70% of the product price to be used in the next order or a 50% partial refund. Keeping the item in both cases. I said no thanks, the item you sent me is poor quality and not what I wanted - I must have a full refund. They said ok, it will take 5-15 days to process. 16 days later, no refund. Followed up again, another 5 days later, still nothing. The only way I got my refund was to raise a claim through PayPal. Never, ever ordering from them again.

Do not order from this company they are scammers
Do not order from this company! The pictures they advertise on their site are false. They are scammers. I paid $89 for a dress and what I received was a pile of scraps which look nothing like what they advertised. I contacted them immediately for a full refund as I am going to return the item. Of course they are telling me I have to pay the return costs to China. What they are doing is hoping customers will be discouraged by having to pay the return costs, and instead accept a partial refund. I paid $89 they offered me a refund of $30. Absolutely not! My financial institution will handle them. Stay away! Do not purchase from this company! They are not a legitimate business.

Wrong Color. Wrong Dress.
I saw and purchased what I thought was a beautiful dress, to wear to an upcoming formal event. Before I bought it, i also showed it to my husband and children and a friend. Without exception, we all thought this was THE dress. That was until it arrived. The first thing I noticed that the color was NOTHING EVEN CLOSE to the color of the dress as viewed on their website. On the website it was black and gold. In person, it was orange and black with a yellow lining. It was horrible. Not to mention the way the dress was sewn, the material used... looked cheap. None of it was acceptable. I would never have paid over $100 for anything that looks like that dress. My only hope is that they send what I need to retun the dress and they refund my money... quickly.

I wish I could give this company no stars! I am a true online shopper. This company is the worst company that I have ever done business with! First of all I believe the dresses came from overseas.
I purchased two dresses a week apart. When the dresses arrived it was cheaply made. They made me take pictures of the dresses, and pay to have it shipped, and to return the dresses. They gave me a return address in California to return the dresses. I went to the post office on two different dates to return the dresses. Almost six weeks went by and no refund, so I emailed this company again and was told they need tracking numbers from USPS in order to get a refund. I told them most companies know when you've returned their merchandise, and all my information is with the package! I am now out of $150.00 because I can't find my receipt from the post office! I will tell everyone I know never do business with this company!

XPLUSWEAR IS A SCAM
PLEASE do not order from xpluswear! The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. The quality of the garments are made with very cheap materials and it takes about a month before you receive an order even if you ask for express shipping! Then when you request a refund they say it takes 10-25 business days to process, but that’s not true. They will give you the run around claiming their finance department is running behind. PLEASE save your money and shop elsewhere, because you will be very disappointed!
Like I said Xpluswear is a scam! I still haven’t received my refund after they gave this response saying I would receive it 2 days later! They are scammers and have no intention on issuing a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Order a year in advance...you may get it on time
I placed an order on June 6th for a July wedding the order was promised by June 14th...I received the order on July 27th..a week after the wedding...I understand delays happen but this company seriously needs to make serious adjustments in their shipping system...not only that they send all of these Ai generated responses/apologies...useless. then they don't provide free returns so not only do I have to pay to return items I can't use now I have a loss on items I purchased to go with the item. I'm so disgusted with this companies nonchalant responses to an internal problem that they have. Then they have the audacity to offer me coupons for further purchases...unless u want an item for kicks don't bother...u have to order a year in advance to get it on time. What I ordered not only took too long to come but when it did, the material was extremely cheap even though the description didn't say polyester it gave every other material. 2nd when I wanted to return it, there was a list of rules, & pictures to take.
