The shoes arrived really quickly, unfortunately I made a mistake but the customer service was very helpful and made my life less stressful

I love my new shoes !
Really quick delivery every time i order. My last pair of winter boots from here were a GOD send as its been so cold! Now the suns out and ive got my sandals so bring on the summer :)

I returned 4 pairs of shoes on 28th April 2023.
On 6th May, having not received any notification of a refund being processed I contacted customer service and 3 days later was advised that due to the bank holiday I would need to wait a few more days.
It's now a week further on from that and I've contacted customer services again who have replied to say that a refund was issued on 28th April and if I don't have the money, then raise the issue with my bank.
I've had no notification of a refund, no money has been refunded.
This is completely unacceptable and they don't seem to care.
It's not the banks problem when they haven't even processed the refund and now have £140 of my money.
I wouldn't have anything from them again.

The shoes arrived quickly within 2 or 3 days but they were too small (ordered size 7 as normally a size 7). Ordered next size up and they were still too small. These were unavailable in a bigger size and so I returned both pairs (at my own postage cost) and have looked elsewhere. Shame as would have been perfect if they had fitted.

Sizing is all wrong.
I ordered size 8 (I'm actually a size 7) and the boots that arrived were a 5 or 6.
I did get a refund but you still lose the money on initial postage.
There's no point ordering from them when the sizes are so much smaller than the official charts.

Would definitely recommend these shoes! I bought a pair of boots on Friday, and it's now Monday and have just had them delivered, so delivery and dispatch communication is 10/10!

I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews on how the shoes/boots fit real small. For reference, I'm a UK 6, but I have really wide feet. If they weren't so wide I'd be a size 4-5. However, these boots fit perfectly, and I'm absolutely in love with them. They've got a good half inch platform too which I feel adds to comfort when it comes to heeled shoes and boots. They were exactly what I was looking for and have since ordered another pair I had my eye on.
