Avoid, you have to pay for returns
The shoes arrived in a used box and used packaging. I had to return them as they were too small and poorly finished. What I did not realise when I ordered is that the return postage comes OFF YOUR REFUND, AFTER you've already paid postage to receive the item.

Absolutely devastated with this purchase. Received the item. I ordered a size 9 in ladies size and I’m only normally a size 8 went to try them on and not even 3/4 of my foot would go in the shoe!!! Absolutely disgusting sizing so sad about this and not forgetting furious!! 😡

Subscribed to emails for the offer of 10% off first order got sent a code to use within 48hours so tried to used it within time frame , had 2 pairs of boots ready to buy , code says in valid. Submitted an enquiry via online form no reply , sent and email no reply. So tried to unsubscribe by clicking on unsubscribe from the email I got sent to be informed email address is not subscribed even though it was from the email sent arrrgh had enough now so can't comment on the boots as never ordered
I did not send from this email however I have since ordered 2 pairs of boots, these are both being returned as they are so narrow on calf's and ankles so can not wear shame this is going to be at my own expense I wouldn't be bothered with this online shop again
