We have just renewed our contract with yappl for a further 24months. Tonia and Nicola's customer service was 1st class and both worked extremly hard to come up with a package to retain our account.

What a great service, Danny was so patient and supportive and professional. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Avoid at any cost. We transferred our phone line and internet to Yappl. Once our numbered transferred to them we lost our internet and line for two working days. They had some issues with Openreach so they sent us a 4G router temporarily on the third day which doesn't work properly. The phone line is not actually wired and it's on the internet which is extremely unreliable. Our 4G internet is super slow and it gets disconnected often.

I got intouch with yappl to get a quote for 2 business lines, From the start Helen kind was very helpful I didn't reply to the quote for at least a month as my original contract was still running there no pestering or chasing it up, as soon as I was ready quick email to Helen everything was in place and completed within 24hrs no hassle and all questions answered even when her shift was over, that little extra mile in customer service

Great service from Mark in the technical support team, very quick and efficient; nothing is too much trouble.

Massive Thank You to Christian at Yappl. He did managed to get Fibre sorted for me within a month. BT and Virgin were not able to service this site but Yappl did.
