It's a common scam. They wait till they have your goods. Then they double the price they quoted. When you refuse to pay the calculate your value of goods and extort money out of you. When you decide to pay they won't allow you to pay on alibaba so you cannot review. They're scamming about 30,000usd a month from what another shipping agent has seen in the same city. As he has had to help 100s of ppl they've scammed after extortion is paid.

- The need 5 months to shipp goods from China to europe - but the worst of all is that the goods never arrived. the said something like that the custom lose the package but the customs clearance agency and the custom tell us that the goods never arrived their. So that is also a lie.

They will make you pay air freight price and then use sea freight. Once they receive your goods, they will INCREASE AND EXTORT YOU!! I was able to get ALL my money back once I received my goods! I filed a chargeback with chase bank and printed all their negative and bad reviews from alibaba and supplier blacklist and mailed it to chase bank and I won the chargeback! Make sure you do the chargeback after you get the goods or they will SEIZE THE GOODS! They operate under fake names and are very sneaky!!!

Do a chargeback and print all bad reviews if they extort you, then mail it to your bank with all evidences!!!!!! You will win!!!

I was quoted one price for a pallet of goods, and when they arrived I was told I need to pay a higher fee. I gave them the exact shipment measurements, but they still demanded a higher fee. I asked the supplier to pick up the goods so I can use another forwarder on Alibaba, but they would not answer the phone or speak with the supplier when they arrived. The only way I got the goods back was after paying a ransom fee. They would not even use Trade Assurance, which they state they do. Do not use this company.

Becarful eith these poisonous snakes ,, they are dedicated to stealing, scamming and extorting ,,, I hope they all end up in jail soon ,we are going to file a class action lawsuit with Chinese lawyers

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS! Rudy Zhang, the boss is not present to help. His saleswoman Crystal Yang is a real thief. always ask for more and more costs. When they have the packages at their warehouse, she asks us exorbitant fees. Scammer, thief .... then obliges that we pay them by transfer from Bank to Bank without going through the Alibaba payment! I had to abandon my packages! WARNING.

I decided to ship with them after I showed them what goods I have and (showing all web links and pics) they offered a competitive deal. Directly after my goods started to arrive they changed the deal and told me they can not ship for this price and this method. (They had all info about the items on beforehand and first told me they sure can and now not anymore, so the scamming began). So that I dont accept this is not enough because they are holding my goods hostage in their warehouse and wont let me leave without paying an incredible bill we never agreed on. We agreed on free warehouse service for receiving and consolidating my goods after they get received from different suppliers. I might never see my items. Please be very careful. They are scammers.
