Goalposts moved

The Yeo products are good and we will continue to buy them.
The customer service is awful taking over a week to answer an email
It took me several years to collect 10,000 points for the weekend reward. I was then told that due to cost of living it was now 12,000. There had been no communication of this to the customer.
In addition they are restricting the use of the accommodation to 4 times a year.
Dreadful and disappointing company
Don't save the yeokens it really is not worth it

Yoe valley yeokens are a massive joke

Yoe valley yeokens are a massive joke. They have nothing to so called "spend" your yeokens on. Nowadays their shopping bags are 300 points, you have to eat 30 cartons of their yoghurt to reach that and you are only allowed one bag. In olden Yeo Valley days, these bags started off at 50 tokens, they rose to 100, 150 and are now 300. They used to have various goodies you could use the yeokens for, not now, so keeping telling you to "Bank" your yeokens is a joke, they would be better selling the yoghurt cheaper. I only ever buy it nowadays if it is reduced at the supermarket because of this. Plenty items to buy now, paying to advertise yeo. No thank you. They are a joke

A very disappointing scheme

A very disappointing scheme. No useful products to use Yeokens for just items that ultimately advertise Yeo Valley. Love the products and buy them regularly but I would appreciate better rewards for the money spent.

New Website - Yeokens

Just tried to use 350 yeokens to claim free tote bag was told to copy code and use on shop part of website. Couldn't paste code as clicking on another area lost it. Also, it seems that you have to pay postage to claim free bag. Have contacted Yeo Valley and awaiting a reply. Futher to above, I received an email from Yeo Valley to contact the shop website as it was separate from the rest of the company. I received an email with the missing code, used it and you don’t have to pay postage. I have now received a very thin canvas bag. Not worth the trouble.

Having suffered the cheating Spins ....

HAving suffered the cheating Yeotokens wheel for ages, finally got enough for the bag.
GUESS WHAT!!
Not available.
This company stands high in how to alienate your customer ratings
Love the "You've won 1 bonus Yeoken! ". Wht a joke. No use as your only option is to "invest" it in a draw you won't have a chance of winning.

Yeokans scheme is a joke

Their Yeokans loyalty scheme is an utter joke and waste of time. Been using Yeo valley for years but the loyalty scheme is annoying. They don’t even give discounts on their own brand. You can buy 40 packs of their yoghurts and still not be able to use their tokens to buy anything. I don’t actually know how many points you need to save before you can use them for anything other than discounts on brands you’d never use (or have heard of) or to get a free Yeo Valley tote shopping bag not exactly a highlight for the demographic of customers you have im sure). I like most of their products but the points scheme is demotivating.

Used to be my favourite organic brand

Used to be my favourite organic brand, but after today’s pack of four yogurt purchase, I feel very disappointed, why is the pot nearly half full ? That’s a joke, literally 4 teaspoons and the pot is finished, why the amount is less and price higher than before? Rip off

Yeo is a No Go!

I will permanently stop buying Yeo Valley milk, the last few have turnt sour long before their best before dates.
Supposed to be a good organic milk but in reality it's really poor and goes bad far quicker than the normal supermarkets alternatives.

Been complaining that The Kefir is like…

Been complaining that The Kefir is like glue consistency..
Nothing like the kefir sold thru Europe supermarkets..
And I also know why too.
For they use homogenised milk.
Go look what homogenised means..
I won't buy it anymore for the breaking of molecules of fat like this is Not Good for the gut!!
And This is not kefir!!
They got a new package and I thought ... maybe..
What a silly way to do business.. with the competition there is..and the change in weight of the butter pack.. without a notice..
Really sad business this becomes...9 July

I am a regular consumer of 1 litter yeo whole milk. I'm often not sure if the top intact firmly or not. It's too easy to open the top. I often not sure if it's already opened. If nothings done near future, obviously I would not buy it anymore.

They need to sort Yeokens and the Dairy Go Round competition out .
I have been doing Dairy Go Round for several years and never won anything and I have lots of Yeokens but nothing to spend them on . It seems like one big con.

Sour milk!

Bought 2 litres of wholemilk dated best before 28th April 2024 with the advice to keep refrigerated, best used within 3 days of opening. Opened on 1st May and found it completely sour and unusable - have had to pour it down the sink! Disappointed in this expensive product which has kept far less well than the supermarket own brand that I usually buy and which has never let me down. Won't buy Yeo Valley whole milk again.

Creamy Vanilla YEO VALLEY No more?

I have been eating their yogurts for years and found them really tasty, natural with zero fat in the 450gram vanilla pots. I have recently noticed the Vanilla pots are more watery/thinner than they were in the past so not as creamy. Is there a logical reason for this or is Yeo Valley just trying to save money?.

Yeokens. Pathetic rewards scheme.

Great Yogurts, but Yeokens pathetic. The only ''Goodies'' you advertise as free are, (a). Lids - but you can only get one, even when several flavours of yogurt may be needed to be stored in the fridge at any given time. This leaves your customers with having to use say tin foil or cling film to retain freshness (so you have put the cost on the customer by stopping the provision of rigid lids with each tub - using your Eco banner), or (b) Shopping Bags, and once you have had one, that's your lot!
Your website invites customers to explore your wonderful range of goodies, but again, these are not free and then only give small discounts on your chosen suppliers or partners, so your customers have to buy more to get anything. Or, you offer giving up points in a raffle and therefore almost a giveaway by your customers.
You have the making of a good rewards scheme but your so-called ''rewards'' are entirely ''skewed'' in your, or your trading partners, interests!

Used to buy Yeo Valley organic butter

Used to buy Yeo Valley organic butter, yoghurt and Kefir - recent changes demonstrate that Consumers may develop loyalties but companies like Yeo Valley have no regard for customers. 250g butter is now 200g - Yogurt and Kefir similar changes - plus no protective lids. Well, after many years - you’ve abused my loyalty and lost me as a consumer.

Are Yeokens worth it?

Just wondering what the point of Yeokens is these days? They used to have a good range of gifts available, but for months now, the only thing available has been a bag. When will there be something worth saving for soon, I wonder?

Jagged edge to pots

I often buy the four packs of yeo valley yoghurt. When you snap them apart they invariably leave a really sharp jagged piece which is dangerous to handle. Other brands don't seem to have this issue.

You know where to stick your Yeokens

Yogurt tokens wouldn't scan, so spent time entering the codes (27 of them), only to be told that they had no more re-usable lids, suggesting I buy some from Lakeland. What a waste of time, thankfully other yogurts are available. Their PR is obviously a load of (organic) manure, they don't seem to be bothered by such a low Trustpilot rating (remember 1 is the lowest score achievable, I'd give them 0 if I could).

Found a cream rubber button type thing in my yeo valley leek, potato and cheddar soup this evening. Needless to say, I am shocked and disappointed. I usually love their products but can now no longer buy them because of this.
