I feel the effort of collecting and entering the numbers is not rewarded by the "rewards" I don't want T shirts aprons, at very high price advertising yeo valley. The other bits on offer are not worth... See more

I absolutely love all their products
I absolutely love all their products. My kids have the natural Greek style yogurt almost everyday. Only yogurt that doesn’t have nonsense added. My personal favourite is their Kefir. Excellent quality.

Just purchased a kefir honey fermented yoghurt!
I'm not a big fan of yoghurt, but looking to improve my healthy eating for 2024.
I'm already addicted lol..
Tastes absolutely delicious and yummy!
And it's good for your gut!
100% my first purchase every time I'm shopping.
Not worth it
Years ago, I 'won' a Yeo valley prize. It wasn't worth much, but almost as soon as the message 'won' appeared (and it was just for a second), it turned out that the prize was out of stock or the competition was finished (I can't remember). I did return a few years later as I like the yoghurt. Yes, I got a lid and a bag after buying tons of stuff, but yeokens aren't really a reward. We are advertising for them with those bags!
Yeokens
I have been saving Yeoken for at least 3 years and had built up over 2,000. I entered what I thought was 5 Yeokens into this month's raffle. When I went to check my account a few days later, I noticed that it had used all of my remaining tokens (over 2,000)! I emailed Customer Services and they told me that they couldn't refund them and offered me a measly 50 Yeokens as a supposed gesture of goodwill. I did explain in a reply email that there is no way I would have entered all of my Yeokens into the monthly raffle. However, I never received a reply to this follow-up email so ended up calling them. Again, the lady I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and it was as though she didn't believe me about the Yeokens. I feel this was a computer error at their end. So I have now unsubscribed from their emails and donated the 50 tokens, which I was given as a gesture of goodwill, to one of their charities. I will close my account once the raffle has been drawn and I will not be buying their brand ever again. Yeo Valley's customer service leaves a lot to be desired and a big fat shame of them!
Gave up on yeokens years ago and…
Gave up on yeokens years ago and switched to different brand as they kept discontinuing tokens so you lost your cache before saved up ridiculous amounts to get a mug or anything useful. Recently bought two again as onken out of stock nothing wrong with yoghurt, checked out yeokens and discovered can only get a bag now so still useless. Product then reduced in size and no lid so as no reusable lids available and no warning so couldn't keep a lid back to another manufacturer
The products are delicious and I think…
The products are delicious and I think I have tried them all but seriously the yeoken collecting is a total waste of time, you can have a shopping bag but I already have one...or % money discount code from pester companies who probably give you 10% or whatever if you subscr to emails anyway. I've basically turned yo shops own brands now
Yeokens? You‘ve got to be Yeoking.
Now have 2000 yeokens collected over 3 years and all it will get me is a carrier bag and an out-of-stock cookbook. Why continue with this farce, guys?
Yeotokens not worth the bother
Yeotokens not worth the bother. I've saved around 700 yeotokens, and they're useless. All you can get with them are small discounts (10%, 15%, 20%) off overpriced products from aimed-at-rich-people companies, products I would never buy. How about Yoekens earn you discounts off Yeo Valleys own products? That I might use. Or the tokens being exchangeable for free gifts. The Yeoken system is nothing more than advertising for other companies and an utter waste of my time.
Discriminating on postcodes!!!!
Tried ordering a reusable lid for the yogurt but the online form won't recognise my postcode!!!! Therefore, I get no free lid to keep my yogurt fresh and have to resort to cling film or tin foil which is totally defeating the object of the exercise!!!! It's not as if I live in outer Mongolia, it's only the Isle of Man!!!! Update your system Yeo Valley and stop discriminating against crown dependencies!!!!
Plastic Lid
I have been a loyal customer of Yeo Valley. Ever since they remove the plastic lid, yogurt comes off as soon as I open them.I'm puzzled by the decision to remove the lid completely instead of using recyclable plastic lid. It's frustrating to buy yogurt only end up discarding it without even finishing half.
Shame on you, Yeo Valley!
Shame on you, Yeo Valley, for sneakily reducing the size of your butters and spreads! So much for your pretentious ‘we’re saving the environment by reducing plastic’ campaign. Getting rid of yoghurt pot lids was clearly a cost saving exercise, as you have no qualms about increasing the amount of plastic pots and butter wrapping, by reducing size. So much for being a transparent, ethical company. I used to always buy your products, but am now looking elsewhere.
Slimey…
I recently swapped my organic milk brand to yeo Valley organic milk, unfortunately the product was full of slime and actually made me feel sick. I had to pour a whole brand new bottle away and I watched the slime coming out. I was hoping it was a one off but unfortunately it has happened with two more bottles I bought so I won't be purchasing it again
Size of butter pack reduced AND hiked price
I was shocked the other day to see that Yeo Valley butter, normally 250g - as all makes of butter packs have been ever since we changed to metric (based on the old 1/2 lb or 8oz) has reduced its size to 200g. That is a 20% decrease in size. And it cost £3.45! In Morrisons! For 200g! That is £17.25 a Kg!!!! And it didn't even say they had reduced the size.
Yoghurt makers? - Yoghurt thieves?
I have been a loyal purchaser of Yeo Valley Natural Bio Yoghurt for years - I probably buy one 1Kg tub every fortnight. Sometime last year (2022), Yeo Valley quietly reduced the amount of yoghurt they put in these tubs from 1KG to 950gms. The tub and labels stayed the same - the only thing that changed was the weight numbers - located at the bottom of one of the side panels. How long had I been buying my Yeo Valley yoghurt, thinking I was getting 1Kg when I was actually now getting 950gms? I can't answer that - because when you buy a product regularly, who checks to see if the weight has changed when everything else looks the same? What I can say is it was a very underhand way to cut costs on their behalf .
4 x2L containers of semi skimmed milk…
4 x2L containers of semi skimmed milk full of slime in disgusting strings. Unsatisfactory reply from Yeo valley. Vouchers for less than cost and unusable in most supermarkets or Ocado which supplied the milk.
Reusable lids scam
Disappointed that you've stopped providing reusable lids. Makes you think Yeo Valley just removed lids to make more profit. A scam really.
Yeo Valley are becoming rubbish
Having read other reviews I am not happy about the dishonesty regarding company ownership. I have also noticed the yoghurt is more watery lately. As fir the plastic lids if using less plastic was true that could be good, but what about the rest of the container and the plastic tops with a Yeoken code. As for saving these yeokens I find them a waste of time as mostly the deal is to get you to spend money with one of their 'partners'. They just get worse all the time. Going to get another brand in future.
Bring back the lids !
I buy 3/4 packs a week and love the product itself. However it has become impossible to store since they have removed the lids! It’s good to try and reduce the plastic footprint but they have just dumped on the consumer the task to find a way to store the yoghurt once it’s open, saving cost in the meantime. For a short while they offered recyclable lids but have now stopped with no plan to restock. This blatant cost saving is nothing to be “proud” of, rather blatant cost saving with the greenwashing pretence of being eco-friendly ! If they don’t fix it soon I’ll move to another brand as I don’t like having open yoghurt in my fridge…
Misled again.
We are constantly, constantly being misled by these companies. Just found out that Yeo Valley doesn't actually own its branded milk or butter, and is actually owned by a company called "Arla". Who are absolute scoundrels.
