Being a tourist, we made it clear while buying the sim that we need it for 3 countries, Hungary, Austria and Germany to which the sales agents at a very big store in Budapest told us that the sim will work in all the aforementioned countries. The sim worked smoothly in Budapest, however when we visited Austria it suddenly stopped working and the customer service weren’t able to help us out. Only solution they offered us was that to visit store in Hungary which was impossible as they were not having any physical store in Austria or Germany. This means that they deceived us at the time we purchased their sim. I will not recommend anyone to buy yettel.

Lame ass excuse for a mobile operator! Always read the full contract, and just so you know its most likely way cheaper just to pay your eu roaming tax than buy from here! You never know what they make you sign, even if u read top to bottom! They always make YOU the one who made a mistake even tho they purposefully make it so you do it without realising! Even the prepaid cards have a catch, when you try to refill them they give you something laughable, and dont even let you choose, and if you are trying to use them to pay ur mangalski parking thats with the miserable "green zone"(nothing green in that autistic joke) its impossible!!! They just dont allow credit to go to ur card! They JUST ADD MORE MINUTES AND INTERNET!!!WHAT THE F U MISERABLE JS

We went to another country. We did not have service, we were not able to call anyone, no internet no way to connect with our airbnb host. I WROTE ON INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK TO PROVIDE US WITH A LINK TO BUY A PACKAGE SO THAT WE CAN USE OUR PHONES but the support did not help. They also charge us 700bgn for this AND IT COULD OF BEEN MORE. We both telecon tourist card for internet and viber service. It worked for less then a minute. YETTEL IS BS!

As per their website and app it was written that you receive 10 mbps of mobile data after your 10 000 MB of monthly free high speed traffic is used. I purchased this contract online and once I received it in the paper contract was written that I receive 2 mbps after your high speed package expires. 5 times less than what it was CLEARLY OFFERED on their website and app. I have been contracting their customer support and offices daily for a month and no one paid attention or fixed my contract. All the employees I contacted through phone calls, contact forms etc accepted that it was their fault and they would do a research about it. Already 1 month...nothing

DO NOT BUY a Yettel prepaid card that is advertised to have roaming minutes and internet included. They often do not work, and if they do it is after long conversations with Yettel - that is if you have another number that has roaming so you can call them.

Almost missed my taxi and other events because Yetter prepaid is simply completely unreliable for roaming.

They subscribed me to some lucky ticket game without my concent that charge me 0.4 per day and you cannot cancel until you call they customer service that charges 0.04 per min (no other mobile service charges for their customer service) than you wait 10min in queue you being charged of course. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THESE CROOKS

Yettel lied my father when signing previous contract about a free card with internet, that was paid. Also his contract was indexed first with 20% and then with 10% for less than 2 years.
It's absolute scheme to rob people and force them to pay more and more.
Better don't sing any contract use the carrier on the terms you want.

Absolute bad actors on the market that are selling broken Samsung Galaxy Ultra 24 phones.

I should have been very wary about doing any other business with this bunch of con artists in bulgaria yettel. My contract ended and did not play as signed for. So i took out a prepaid card which is heavily advertised at 30days despite contacting yettel and getting a cloudy answer my data was cut off at 11days on 2 occasions which is not advertised at point of sale. Goodbye to yet another bunch of con artists.

Wanted some minutes no data. I paid 10 lev (£4). Received no minutes because I supposedly used 4mb of data immediately even though my mobile data was off. I was told one notification was all my data therefore my minutes were void. I told the man In shop it was a con and he said it was because Yettel want everyone on contract. Throughout this experience a lady was arguing with the other shop assistant. Horrible experience but thank God they never had access to my bank details.

Don’t even think of using their service, they will sell you even a new plan without saying anything when they put a thousand papers to sign and you will find this out later in your bill, when, unfortunately, you are stupid enough to buy a smartphone there, without doing your own research, when you already have a plan with them. The sold me a Huawei smartphone, completely worthless with Google products - so i felt so cheated and unhappy

Don’t even think to use their service, two days waiting for engineers to comes and connect the TV and wi-fi. Every time you call and ask them you receive the answer, we have to reschedule again 😂Today i’ll cancel the service.

5 days without wifi, we call everyday, they answered us
We will call you in five minutes, they never call, second time they told in 10 minutes somebody come to you at home nobody come, third day they told we don’t speak English and when we call we put 8 for having someone who speaks English, another day they told don’t worry we wrote it in the system, we are three at home we go to the restaurant for working is it normal? And we pay the bill is it normal? We worked with hot spot and we received in all our mobile notifications that our applications have more data than usual. Who will pay ?
Today I called he answered like usual we will call you later I don’t accept and I explained the problem, the guys told me it’s in the system and he closed .
Until now no solution. Unfortunately We pay for this bad service .

They are just the same mafia that before was named Telenor.
They are specialized in cheating and threatening customers.

Horrible network, they were sold and resold three times, they charge obscene amounts per MB, they should be put in line, as they are defrauding the clients with excessive fees and someone should regulate and stop this scandalous behavior, my 80 year old father spent 5 days in Switzerland barely using his phone and they served him with 400 euro bill, unacceptable
