I am a retired IFA and use Yodelar for their information services only. If you need advice I would have no problem encouraging investors to give them a try. They go to an enormous amount of effort to know which funds perform and which do not, even at the dismay of some large industry players.

Eventually I got my pension away from st James splace and the team at Yodelar were very helpful and courteous during a stressful time my brother in law recommended them and my investments have done well in the time I was with them.

During difficult investment times, they have managed to keep our returns well above the MSCI index, their focus on using fund managers that have a good track record and outlook in their sector pays off. We regularly compare our previous investments with St James’s Place, and are so pleased we made the change. Every quarter we receive a report showing the ranking of the funds against all same sector funds, and this is invaluable, especially during markets of late. Very transparent, excellent communication/reporting and customer service.

Invested with Yodlear 3 years ago, and while markets have been rocky over the this time, I find their service and advice to be of the highest standards. I have recommended Yodlear to 2 of my family members who are also very happy.

Having been with SJP for 26 years I became frustrated with the lack of proactive fund re-balancing changes to my investments which saw the value of my pension and ISAs fall.
Having researched I chose to transfer over to Yodelar. Yodelar point out that they have access to over 85,000 funds (many more than SJP) and use a traffic light system to identify good and poor performing funds so they can re-balance the fund mix accordingly. I was very hopeful....
On the plus side I have a great Account management team who are very supportive and informative, always available and respond quickly.
On the fund performance side one year in very little growth thus far regrettably reflecting in a limited drawdown, pension only 2% growth and ISA slight loss as I write. Things are on the up over the last few months so hope this continues.
