I purchased Yoga Toes which is a really great product. Rapid delivery and customer service. I dropped 2 stars because the yoga instructor discount was not available on yoga toes as apparently not a 'yoga matters' product. Shame as otherwise 5 stars!

Fantastic customer service
I had an issue with an item I had bought two years ago; a rope for hanging Sirsasana which had started to split.
On calling Yogamatters they replaced the complete set of ropes, not just the one and had the package delivered within two days.
Very impressive service.
