Terrible customer service
I bought some custom shorts beginning of November to have for Christmas and after 63
days someone’s else custom shorts arrived
That I send them back wasting my time and money, after finally after 73 days my shorts arrived. I asked which kind of compensation is the company willing to give me after all this inconvenience. They told me they will give me back the money for the short that I send back, I said that was an understatement and then after sending over 10 emails where they never acknowledge my compensation request. They offer me 15% discount for the next time that I buy
Absolutely insulting unacceptable and disrespectful
Won’t buy with them ever again and also absolutely nobody should

Terrible customer service - beware

Student daughter generously bought a pair of Muay Thai boxing shirts for her brother for Xmas. Unfortunately they were too small but the return window had closed as it was only 14 days. Given that this was a present and at Xmas time it would not be unreasonable to extend the returns policy as a goodwill gesture the company were not willing to do so.
The shorts themselves are of good quality and we wanted to exchange them for a bigger size but the company were unrelenting.
I would not recommend this company because of this, especially at Xmas and especially when other companies offer a much better exchange.

UPDATE
Only after replying to the unrelenting email stating that I would leave a negative review, did the company state that if I sent photos of the item then they would review the situation:

‘ Once we receive the requested images, I will review them with our team and discuss if an exchange can still be accommodated, as it has been over a month since the order was delivered’

But this was still not a guarantee that an exchange would be approved. And even if it did and the next size didn’t fit either would a refund be forthcoming? In the end I wasn’t filled with confidence that the eventual outcome would be positive or worth the hassle, especially reading other reviews, so my son did indeed decide to take his chances reselling them instead.

However, we were informed that you had decided to resell the shorts instead of proceeding with the return.

Terrible customer service and damaged product

I received a damaged item and was told that I would need to pay for the return of the item. Then I was told that I can’t have a full refund for the item that didn’t arrive in an acceptable condition.

After multiple emails back and fourth I requested to replace them and they said the colour was out of stock and refused to exchange them for an alternative colour in my size.

I am still without a resolution and the whole process has been unprofessional and I have wasted my own time.

Terrible experience!

No return for damaged item.

I should have seen that their Trustpilot reviews were so bad in the UK prior to purchasing, now I know why.
I received a damaged product and once I contacted customer service, they insisted that it was because of the courier and not a manufacturing fault, they refused my return request. The product came in extensive protective packaging so it is almost impossible the problem lies with the courier. The worst customer service, if you receive a damaged product, you can be certain they will not let you return it. They take weeks to reply to emails, yet you can be certain they will be quick to reply back to negative reviews so they can continue offering the same subpar customer experience.

Worst customer service of any company…

Worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. Long story short, started an exchange for a larger size, I paid $15 to ship it back to them. Then they email me saying that the exchange was never approved (even though I started the exchange online and it was approved and Yokkao gave me a return slip) and they want me to pay a restock fee of 20% and then you have to pay to have the new shorts shipped back. So just to get a larger size I’m paying $42 in shipping and restock fees for a $69 pair of shorts. I told them if they communicated clearly I would’ve just gave the shirts to a friend and bought a new pair. EVERY ERROR in this whole process was made by Yokkao and If Yokkao cares to respond I have the whole email communication thread in which they clearly make no sense at all. They have such a petty and cheap customer service model that they lost a repeat customer over some petty 20% restock fee. 🥴

Worst Customer Service I’ve ever encountered

Products are good but customer service is the worst I have seen so far. I accidentally ordered the wrong shorts and mailed them the EXACT SAME day to ask them to cancel the order or switch the model of the shorts. Both was denied and with the explanation that it has already been shipped (which is wrong, last Yokkao order took 2 month to arrive). I then asked kindly to return the shorts since in Germany we have 14 days of return policy BY LAW, only to get the response that it’s not possible to return and I have to take legal action otherwise. I’m very sorry because the shorts are nice but customer service leads me to never order/buy from Yokkao again,

My daughter had £150 taken out her account by this company and has never ordered or even heard of them before!!! An absolute disgrace - her bank are investigating. She is trying to contact them every day but no response!!!! Awful!!!

Spent £250.00 and then when delivered…

Spent £250.00 plus p@p and then when delivered they wanted another £81.04 delivery …..DHL delivery service … Yokkao said they wont accept the return. They want a further £81 to return it. Seriously buy elsewhere it works out to expensive for cheap tatty goods.

Very disapointed.

As the other comments says, Yokkao says that items are shipped from Europe, but after purchase and a small mistake from my part, I had to :
- Pay tax fees for receiving my first (wrong) item
- Pay fees to return items to Yokkao in Thailand
- Pay tax fees for returning the item
- Pay a new purchased item on their website
- Pay new tax fees for the purchased item
- Didn't get refunded on the first purchase - they added money to my Yokkao Wallet instead of refund me on my credit card

Very disapointed by Yokkao and their multiple hidden fees, also not helping the customer by :
1. Writing that items will be sent from EU, as we bought those on EU shop
- Informing him about the possible tax fees in front of order
- Not even paying fees for returning items + multiple taxes
- Not even refuding on the credit card used.

Bought from the UK store but the items…

Bought from the UK store but the items shipped from Asian store so I was hit with a €128 import fee on a 240 order. Tried to cancel my order but they wouldn’t allow it. Very dissatisfied. They need to email a warning after purchasing about possible fees. Was hoping to get more gear but they’re way too over priced when adding on the fees. What’s the point of the uk store?

Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company. I bought 3 pairs of shin guards and one size was too big. I sent them back to exchange them for the correct size and they never sent the shin guards back. I have emailed them an no response. They are ok quality and way overpriced.

No UK Website... stung with import duty.

Ordering and delivery was easy. BEAWARE. I specifically choose the YOKKAO UK website, they sneakily divert it to their main website in Bang Phiriang. My £310 order attracted £95 import duty. I am a savy shopper, if this was made obvious, I would not bought the shorts, which in my opinion are not worth the money, as they are poorly made, and I would have saved £100. Maybe worth looking at Amazon.

Be careful !!!

After ordering shorts for my son, which were available on the YOKKAO website, I received an email stating that these shorts had sold out. The company offered me a refund or the option of choosing something else, so I replied that I would like to receive a refund.

As a result of my clear explanation that I would like to receive a refund, they decided to send me these shorts. If these shorts were the ones I ordered, I would not mind, but they have sent me completely different shorts (different design).

After sending them many emails, we have agreed that I will return these shorts for a refund. As a result of paying for a special tracked and signed postal service, I received confirmation that the shorts had been delivered to the warehouse.

A few days after the delivery was completed, I sent them an email asking for an update on my refund. They responded that they are working on it and that they will inform me as soon as possible. It has been about a week since I last received an email from them. My email was blocked when I attempted to ask for an update.

How you treat your customers, robbing small children of their hard earned money, is absolutely disgusting.

SCAMMERS=deceptive & dishonest

Very deceptive & dishonest. Ordered on Songkran24 sale & havent dispatched order apart from replying with excuses...$653 order consisted of -a heavy bag & few smaller items.The Boxing bag ordered was on "flash sale" heavily prediscounted prior use of sale code=so assumed excess avialable stock? (Note other bags were discounted only via use of a sales code but observed a discrepetency with shipping as any savings were just past back into shippin with then shippin attached in a snowball effect-such a joke)...emails from "Wan" promised shipment within a time frame due to over whelming sales- but now! advertising another new sale???....Followed up with a courtesy enquiry just more excuse with no ETA or DHL trackin code??..I own numerous ammounts of equipment including from *yokkao"(which I ordered via 2nd party) ,but ill stick with Twins & Fairtex since 90s ...& never experienced this B.S from any online shopping including some terrible companies with bad reputations....& I was literally considering buyin a boxing ring from Yokkao catalogue for my gym which costs over $10k (& no way would I trust with a order of even 1 dollar or even have any postive feeedback after this)...this explains why PayPal payments don't work as #yokkao is dishonest.

Very disappointing experience with Yokkao.com online shop

My experience with Yokkao.com online shop has beed very disappointing.

There have been two serious issues with my order:

1.One pair of Muay Thai boxing gloves arrived with a manufacturing defect. After some back and forth, I got the money back but it was quite a process. The employee from the customer server took her time to answer and tried to avoid covering all costs for sending the gloves back – after all return location is in San Marino and a standard package costs around 30€.
Also because the slow reply, it took several weeks to get the refund.

2. The second issue is even more severe. I have bought shorts which were too big – which can happen of course (even though I followed the recommendation from the shop).

But when I returned the shorts after only 5 days (!!) and they even arrived back at Yokkao (in San Marino) WITHIN 14 days after I first received them (!!!),
I got an email from Yokkao, telling me, that I will not get my money nut a gift card. EVEN THOUGH they explained IN THAT EMAIL, that I would get my money if I send back the items within 14 days.... which is the case! I answered and explained that I am within their return policy and that I want my money back instead of a gift card. BUT I NEVER GOT A REPLY TO THAT!

Also the customer service response time is very erratic and slow in general – especially if they want to avoid to stick to their own rules, they try to stretch and play over time, so one gets lost in the communication.

Overall I am very disasppointed by Yokkao, as they don't even stick to their own, clearly advertised return policy on the website.

That is fraudulent behaviour!

Buy at your own risk and HOPE! that everything is fine with your order.

Otherwise the money is gone and you are stuck with a frustrating journey of writing emails with great deleays...
