Absolutely blown away by the service we received from Matthew (Yopa Pembrokeshire ) he made us feel so at ease with the initial setting up of selling our property . The turn around from the initial meeting to it being on the market was incredible, so quick. The pictures and video were amazing. Would highly recommend Yopa especially Matthew

We have bought and sold houses using Yopa and would definitely recommend them to anyone else. Our agent Dan was very friendly and efficient. He was available for questions and updates via WhatsApp, which was extremely convenient and he kept us informed at all stages. The selling package was very well priced and comprehensive, no need to use an overpriced High Street estate agent.

I had a smooth process selling my flat with Yopa. Donna was very friendly & helpful. She went out of her way to help when could. Her communication was excellent, updating me along the way. She answered all my questions & she ensured my thoughts were considered.

I would rate them minus if I could. Was promised so much by them only for the agent to go no contact after 2 and a bit months. Spent the next couple of months phoning, emailing them, contacting them on their app and contacting the agent on whats app all of this was ignored by them. Only heard from them then months later when they started chasing for payment for a service they didn’t provide. We complained to them and they admitted that they broke the contract in four different places, which shows how bad they are. I would describe them as appalling and completely unprofessional. If you are thinking of using them, don’t is my advice as it will save you money and to be honest an ad on Facebook would be more effective at selling your home than they are.

When booking the valuation there were plenty of times and dates available and i was able to book the valuation for the next working day. It was easy to arrange online and the representative contacted me to confirm the day before. He was professional and helpful and was the same when completing the valuation

I had a very positive experience with Yopa. From purchase to completion Yopa (staff included) were helpful, supportive and always responding to assistance when required. Communication was clear and constant throughout. I would definitely recommended Yopa if you are looking to buy.

We had a really good experience with YOPA. Their portal is super helpful, having direct message access to the vendor was really helpful especially when things got stuck, or we needed to organise viewings, and communication was good.

We initially started off with communication with Peter, on which because he completes the viewings, there was some delay in replies sometimes, however we were then passed to Michelle and they were basically instant, with helpful information, calls, suggestions and updates. I also kept them updated with updates too.

Despite our awful experience with our solicitors, Michelle's idea for a joint email chain with the vendors solicitors and ours, was fantastic and I believe it's what got us over the line in the end so that is super appreciated.

I would use them if we wanted to sell our house in the future, I just think maybe some cuter finishing touches, a congratulations call or text or social post, a little YOPA congratulations keychain or something to really finish off the journey after 6 months together.

We sold our home with Yopa within 1 week. Yopa have been useless at selling my property and even with just basic communication. The Agent has lied to me and a potential buyer about viewings being cancelled and rearranged and has potentily lost me a buyer because of their incompetence.

I found Yopa very professional and I can not speak highly enough of Anosh (the agent) he was very supportive throughout the process. Keeping me up to date with what was happening and required.
