Yopa have been useless at selling my property and even with just basic communication. The Agent has lied to me and a potential buyer about viewings being cancelled and rearranged and has potentily lost me a buyer because of their incompetence.

We had an excellent experience selling our property with Wayne F. from Yopa. Although Yopa is thought of as an online agent, none of the local touch was lost. He knows the area and local market extremely well, and brought that insight into every stage of the process.

Friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to contact, always making time for us and keeping communication clear and consistent. We were kept updated every step of the way, which made the whole sale feel smooth and as stress‑free as possible. Yopa's pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service we received, and felt fully supported from start to finish and couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

I found Yopa very professional and I can not speak highly enough of Anosh (the agent) he was very supportive throughout the process. Keeping me up to date with what was happening and required. He liaised well between myself and the buyer and even assisted in pushing the solicitor along (not an easy task). I’m sure Yopa & Anosh could make your sale smoother

Lisa Collar was our local Yopa agent and provided us with great support from the very start until completion of the whole process. Lisa was very easy to communicate with , always responded promptly to any requests for support and used her experience to make sure we secured a successful sale at a price we were happy with in the relevant market conditions. We found that using Yopa vs traditional estate agent route worked very well for us and I would recommend Lisa and the Yopa service to anyone , great service and real value for money.

Les Hack was a great agent, he led all our viewings taking a lot of pressure off my disabled mum! He communicated all the way through! And advised us appropriately. The fixed fee was truly amazing and the quality of the service felt more personal and genuine than other agencies!

I've always said buy cheap buy twice!
Not on this occasion, Alan Mann and his team were second to none and alot cheaper than the high street estate agents.
I like the way he works cool,.calm and yet too the point. Always on-time with very good communication.
Alan Mann saved the sale of my house falling through due to his knowledge.
During the selling process I had lots of estate agents contact me saying they could get a better price and sell it quicker, I'd signed the contract with Alan and glad I stuck with Yopa, Alan and his team.
If I'm ever in a position to buy or sell a property then I would definitely use him again.

We switched to Yopa for a fresh start after having two sales fall through with another estate agent - and it was absolutely the right decision! They are more affordable than a high street agent, and infinitely better at communication. Working with Alan Mann made the process much less stressful because we did not have to chase anything; he did what he said he would do, actioned things quickly, and gave us regular updates. Divya Featherstone was also fantastic at providing us with updates and helping us navigate the sale - without her we would not have completed when we did. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Yopa, and already have been to anyone I know that is planning to sell a property.

We’re currently in the process of selling our home with YOPA, and the experience has been fantastic so far. The turnaround from deciding to sell to Tracy getting our advert live was amazingly quick.

We had a great experience working with Yopa in the sale of house, especially considering this was a second attempt after our first sale fell through when dealing with a different estate agent and buyer that proved to make our lives very difficult for 12 months, leaving us very relieved to work with a much better estate agent.

This sale however did not come without it's own difficulties with our solicitors proving to show multiple levels of incompetence which slowed and halted the progress of the sale.

That being said, Alan Mann was great in helping us throughout the entire process where he was always quick to respond to any questions we had for him and delivering great communication.

We also highly appreciated the effort Divya Featherstone put into pushing our sale over the line when we had a specific deadline to meet and it was looking bleak. Divya was firm, yet professional in dealing with all parties involved and really helped us to complete on the date we had requested.

Daniel was very good at managing the process of buying our house. He was highly responsive and I would recommend him to anyone.
