The local courier was suppose to deliver my order but they didn't so I had to inform the local courier team and the coca cola team both are helping me im so thankfully I'm worried about my oder the coca cola team are doing a great job honestly im very thankful to them they are letting me know what's happening or going on with my order it is very stressful

Missing item, they use EVRI..
I ordered it on 11th Aug, then it was stating it's dispatched on 13th, then it tells me that they cancelled it via Royal Mail and now sent by EVRI (god knows why they use that courier). Says it got delivered - yeah? Where? All I get as proof is a photo of my Amazon package which was arriving at the same time by.. Evri as well?! So on both Evri tracking shows me a photo of my amazon package each, not my bottles of cola! Customer service doesnt really read message? I have to explain again. No offer to resend.. I've lost confidence in using that site now

Customer service was excellent. I had an incorrect item sent in an order I received so I contacted customer services and Donna replied in 13 minutes and immediately sent for a corrected item to be dispatched.
