Previous orders have always been fine, this order was far from fine, the diet coca cola cardboard case looked like it had been left outside for weeks, it was dirty and there was no best before date stated anywhere This will be my last order direct

I wish I could give a -5 rating. Coca Cola Cherry flavour (zero sugar or with sugar) is the worst thing in this universe. Coca Cola stop trying to be creative! stick to good old fashioned original flavour and leave the crappy flavours to others. And of course stop wasting money on researching new useless flavours and paying lots of money to the idiots who do this research for you and instead bring the existing original drink prices down. Do something useful, meaningful and effective!

24 330ml glass bottles of Coca-Cola
I ordered the coca cola and it was delivered fully intact (glass bottles) in a timely manner. It came more quickly than I wanted in fact but I was able to delay the delivery fairly easily and it was delivered when I wanted. So not only was it delivered quickly I was able to rearrange the delivery date easily and reliably. Thats great service.

5 stars for Coca-Cola, much less for the Royal Mail delivery.

Had can explode in my car
Had can explode in my car. Sent complaint on line, they requested return of can, duly sent.
Couple of weeks later I received a voucher for £16 which covered the cost of replacement pack (24).
Was pleased with result, however it would have been nice to have spoken to a real person instead of having to deal with on line.
Delivery by Royal Mail was very quick.

PACKING
Came in two different deliveries which is not a problem. The first box was of very poor quality and looked as if it had been through the wars. This is why I had a loss off 5 cans.
The second box was of superior quality and no damage.
This really very poor and probably not order from this company again.
