I purchased a pair of boots two months ago and didn’t receive them. I have sent a reply email which has been undelivered. DONT TRUST THEM. CROOKS

Don't Do It!
I ordered some boots from them, looked like I was ordering in AUD only when I I pressed pay did it come up at double the price in USD. I immediately contact them to cancel the order, following a week or correspondence where they repeatedly made me discount offers on my next purchase and I repeated on more than five occasions that I wanted my order cancelled, their final reply a week later advised too bad, we have shipped the order. The boots arrived some two months later, don't fit, too small and no way of returning for a refund without excessive postal costs to China.

Crooks!!!! After 2 months, I finally received the booties and they were really poor quality. I tried multiple times to contact them to return my order and finally received a reply telling me to give the boots to my family as they only have a "Chinese return address and it will cost a lot of money and time and it is not worthy".

Save your hard earned money and do not buy from these crooks!

NEVER RECEIVED!! from January 2019!! I have tried numerous times to contact them but they are nowhere to be found. I paid 49.99 USA for this via PayPal but since it is more than 180 days, they will do NOTHING to help me!! Pathetic that people do this!! Don't trust anything from them!!

Trustpilot, please review your Client: yourlittlehelpers, for breach of their Clients contracts,as can be seen in 90% of the 53 reviews. Take action against them, not their Clients!!!

Don't shop at this company,it's FAKE,they get your payment but you get no items !

Thiefs !!!. I purchased two cameras on 28 April 2019. Never received them and they never replied to my E-mails. Facebook should be made responsible for this !. My credit card did not return me the money since they say I made the claim too late.

I purchased 2 items back in May and have sent repeated emails asking for delivery or even a response. Nothing. I'll be going to the Consumer Ombudsman to see what my recourse is, as they won't even reply.

Ordered 2 cameras 26 April 2019 still waiting for delivery. Only received one sms to say they would contact me to let me know they had been shipped. sent several emails to the support yourlittlehelpers.com and asked for refund in last email. Stillno answer from them. Talk about saw me coming. Done my money. don't trust this site. Anne

I ordered two sets of cameras in May but have not received any till today! They took my money and I have not even been able to contact them to ask what happened. No contact details available for this company.

They are a SCAM online sellers and others should avoid them.

Its just scam. Dont buy anything from this site. Ordered 2.4, got nothing. Asked for a refund, got nothing. 0 comunication.

DONT BUY ANYTHING THERE.

Still waiting for product that was ordered on 13th of April, order #7576, no response from your little helpers via email, Facebook and so on. They happily take your money and you will hear nothing ..SCAMMERS

Ordered a camera on 5/05/2019... not delivered..... Who do we contact... taking far too long so I’m thinking it’s not legit... I saw the add on tv for cop cam & ordered inline through your little helpers..... Send camera..order #8769. ..N. Hunt..Still no contact on this camera not delivered.......

Despite checking on their website (have stock of mini camera) they do not respond to email requests re whereabouts of order paid for. Do not respond on Facebook. What are my options concerning Your Little Helpers? Shocking service received. Regards Sean

Ordered on the 30th April this year, still no camera, fortunately ordered on credit card, so may reclaim my money

i bought and paid for 1 on April 11,,,,,didnt ever received mine either.and they dont seem to have Complaint Department.i seen my ad on FaceBook...does ANYONE out there know if they Guarantee Their ADS ????? Thanx

Ordered 2 camera's on May 3 2019. Never received the order. I have to agree with the previous reviewers: SCAM

I ordered on the 5 May 2019 two cameras 1 full price the other 1/2 price but I couldn't use PayPal Nothing turned up. Email no reply.I found out about this Scam too late. DO NOT ORDER OR PAY ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY.
