Horrible delivery times

Ordered priduct Nov 26. Sitting at local delivery for 5 days now. Company said would arrive before Christmas. Had NO idea it was coming from China. Take note to all companies that this delivery company has a negative impact on you. First and last time I order from this company all because they chose this delivery company. Extremely disappointed.

Failed Delivery

I had to call their service multiple times to fix a delivery issue, they told me they would guarantee delivery by the 22nd of December and instead of reaching out because something didn't work out or ringing my doorbell they sent it back to the sender without even informing me. When I called to ask about it the service was really unhelpful as all they did was tell me that yes it didn't work and to contact the sender. It was supposed to be the gift for my sisters 18th birthday. Thanks for nothing

ordered an item on the 11th of…

ordered an item on the 11th of December, it’s now the 23rd and i haven’t even received so much as an update as to where my package is..

Their tracking system sucks, their costumer service sucks, this company as a whole sucks.. never again

Edit: I received my package (two suits), but they were both too small.. i contacted customer support and they told me that I can only get my money back if i send it back to China (which cost like 50€ and my order was around 70€) so either way i’m losing money..

yeah stay away from this scam!

Delivery dude wrote the worst message…

Delivery dude wrote the worst message on my package, not because his grammar was so bad, but because he had to threaten me. Poor guy was upset he had to leave it at my door instead of a locker (all the lockers were full due to it being December 23rd). I mean seriously, walking it to my door was more effort than clearly the struggle you had writing a complete and somewhat legible, but threatening message to me? Get a life and do better at a job, that any basic human can do.

Horrible dishonest company that…

Horrible dishonest company that provides fictional tracking updates. In addition, they falsify attempted deliveries etc. My surveillance cameras don't lie.

I purchased items from a company called Hollyland and apparently they use YunExpress.

Anyway calling my credit card company to dispute charges.

Absolute 💩 company with no way of…

Absolute 💩 company with no way of contacting them’ they said my package was delivered but no one to receive it which is bollocks as we were in a couple of hours before and after said delivery time plus we have cameras covering the front of house which detect movement and people.. I checked that a hour before and hour after said delivery time and no one came to the door !! They are blatantly lying. I am not going to leave it there though they must have depot’s and hubs around uk I will find the one closest to me drive down there and cause holly 💩.

Never again
Never again. I ordered a very special Xmas decoration and paid £23 for it. The item did not get delivered. I have sent over 40 emails and only 4 have been answered all saying the same thing check deliver address. . The Chinese company that makes/delivers have no customer support. They said the item was delivered. It was NOT. I have tried everything and still nothing. I told them I didn’t want to leave a bad review as maybe it was a simple error. But it has now been 5 weeks and nothing I asked for proof of delivery and nothing.
I have proof of everything I had said.

I experienced extremely poor service…

I experienced extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior during my recent delivery attempt.

On Sunday, your driver Mohammed Usman contacted me on WhatsApp requesting my location. I immediately shared it with him. Instead of completing the delivery, he told me another driver would contact me the next day. No one reached out, and my messages were completely ignored.

Today (Wednesday), I checked the tracking system and was shocked to see that the driver Israfil marked the shipment as “no response from customer,” which is completely false. He never called, texted, or attempted to contact me. This is highly unprofessional and misleading.

Israfil also told me the delivery would be made today, but instead another driver contacted me again asking for the location — which I provided — only for him to say the delivery would happen tomorrow. When I asked why, he ignored my message again.

Because of these actions, my delivery has been delayed for several days with no communication, accuracy, or proper follow-up from your team.

Always a horrendous experience

Yet another cheap delivery company that do not deliver your goods!! I’m now going to avoid places that use these useless companies disgraceful delivery drivers. Instantly fail to deliver I dread when I receive a message to say these have my parcel!! Please stop using these cheap companies thy are cheap for a reason you fail to realise these companies fail to deliver you have to give a refund or replace which costs you double!! They will end up putting your company out of business look at all of the reviews

yun express nothing express about them

absolutely the worst freight company from china , they have a warehouse and wait untill containers are full prior to sending , i purchased an item and it didnt leave china for 3 weeks 6 weeks on i am still waiting , contacted supplier who said they have had similar complaints and have changed shipper , which i found out was bullshit as a mate bought same product and you guessed it ,, yun express

Terrible Company! Avoid like the Plague!

Terrible company to use and have parcels delivered by in Australia.
Their customer service is non existant, and more than a good chance your parcel will go missing..
Their couriers cannot be trusted either, advising that they attempted delivery, when in fact they didn't even attend the delivery address on the package. How do they think they can get away with that these days with cameras in every home??

Steer clear of this terrible, untrustworthy company.

Worst courier service ever.

Absolutely terrible service. Had our item for eleven days during which time they messaged five times that it was out for delivery. Never arrived and the promise of next day delivery after each attempt were false also.
Never received the item and they are no longer communicating.
Do not use, they just make it up.

Wouldn't even give them a star

Wouldn't even give them a star. After attempting (unsuccessfully to leave a parcel) three times they never left a card with contact details. Not sure what is happening to my parcel it probably will get returned to sender
