Shipping takes a while and without a tracking number you kind of just wait blindly for them to come in, but once they are the pins are all great and exactly printed how i set them up

I ordered stickers and they were perfect ... the quality is very high and the type of paper is luxurious. I am very happy with this experience and I will repeat the request again.

It was great!! I really like working with Zap, they're super quality and professional, and have really come in clutch before big cons.

I bought stickers, wooden pin and double sided keyring and couldn't be happier with the final products. They are really nice quality and the customer service is also great. I also really like that they use only sustainable materials and are based in the UK. I highly recommend them.

Beautiful work, as always! I run an etsy shop, and I trust nobody but Zap! to make my charms. Even though they're literally across the world, I'd rather wait the few weeks for shipping, than get something of sub-par quality that's closer to me. They're THAT much worth it.

Vibrant printing, great customer service, and there is always some kind of sale going on, totally worth it.

Beautiful print work from zap as always. I love printing with them especially as they use responsibly sourced recycled wood and plastic. Turnaround times can vary from 10 - 15 days but there customer service is extremely helpful and willing to walk you through the process if you don't understand it.
I highly recommend this company to so many people.

I've been ordering products from Zap Creatives for years, from stamp kits to wooden charms to kiss cut sticker sheets, and the quality they deliver has always been top notch! I've used lots of companies to create similar products in the past, and I've found it's quite common to have a manufacturer mistake every now and again that needs to be fixed. However, I've never once had to contact Zap about quality issues (even though I'm sure they would be quick to make it right if an issue ever did come up)! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Good quality charms as usual, just wish they did acrylic on both sides of the designs (like a sandwich so there isn’t a side that’s exposed) and with some designs, parts of the design on the back side are visible on the front.

I recently ordered some eco-friendly paper A5 sticker sheet samples and they are really great quality! They arrived about a week after ordering, and were in good condition. The stickers looked just like I wanted them to, and I received more samples than I expected! I am looking forward to ordering more stickers soon.

Once again the wooden pins were brilliant! Great quality and the colours of my original paintings were brought out super vividly. Thank you! :)

Delightful! I bought a custom acrylic charm from here. The tutorial for uploading my own art for said charm was straightforward and easy to understand, and the charm shipped in a timely matter. It's very well made and the colors look great, I'm super happy with the result!

I’ve recently launched my Etsy shop featuring my own illustrations on various products. ZAP is AWESOME! They’ve printed/made me Stickers, Acrylic Pins and Charms (so far) and everything is top notch! I’m in the US but service and shipping times are still quick! Everything ordered is packed with care and arrives in excellent condition! I’ll be using ZAP for as long as they’re around! Both the fluorescent charms and the metallic pink charms are absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to have them in my shop.

The Customer service is also amazing : they helped me a lot with my order and there were consistent status updates throughout.

On top of this they are eco-friendly and provided extras of my order. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Quality products and good communication.
A lot of their products are eco-friendly. There is a chance of having about 1 to 4 misprints, but they always provide a few extra on top of the amount you order, so that's all good. Fair pricing too.

I recently placed an order for 25 2.5" hot pink acrylic charms with Zap. I also ordered a proof beforehand, to make sure my design would turn out correctly.

Zap Creative’s templates and instructions are very intuitive, and I was able to put together my proof very quickly, despite this being the first time I’ve made charms.

Even when there was a mishap on my end, [I accidentally made my canvas the wrong size, so my initial proofs came out far too big] upon contacting customer service, Zap was very helpful in figuring out what the problem was, and resolving it for me quickly! :] I’ve also asked several questions in the past, and they’re always quick to answer my inquiries, even when I’m not ordering.

I am very pleased with how this order came out, the printing is nice quality, the colors are how I wanted, and the acrylic color itself is super unique! Thank you!
