I've been creating charms and pins with Zap! Creatives for more than 3 years now, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried many of their products, my favourite being their wooden charms, and their quality is just the best in the field! Also, not less important, their customer service is excellent, quick and ready to answer even the silliest question you may have on your order. Thank you Zap! Creatives team :)

I have ordered wooden charms from Zap! Creatives several times now. The quality is outstanding, they are sturdy, vibrant, and beautiful. So impressive that many have asked me where they can have their own made and I am happy to share!

Absolutely super service from start to finish; friendly, approachable and efficient staff, brilliant products and excellent quality; and this is just still the sample stage!

I've ordered from them several times, the few first times for stickers as a group project with a circle of friends. The stickers looked amazing and the colors stayed bright! I then ordered samples and bigger orders for wooden charms and I haven't been disappointed. I like that the products are eco-friendly, that the staff will find a compromise when the products are delivered late or defective.

Very quick, gorgeous printing, and very fast shipping. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I'll keep using them for my work.

My wooden pins came out great! I love all the templates and info that they have available.

For acrylic/wooden charms, stickers, pins, I wouldn't go anywhere else, they're helpful and the quality is always top notch, never had a single issue. They clearly care about what they do.

Submission process is simple thanks to the easy to understand instructions. Quality is always great, and the prices are very reasonable! Always excited to receive and open up products from Zap!

Zap Creatives has made charm making very easy! They've given excellent customer service, the materials used to make the charms are high quality, and the charms came safely in great packaging! They also have a sale on their products every week or so! I cannot recommend Zap Creatives enough!

So incredibly impressed with with the customer service and product quality from Zap.

I am so happy with my order from Zap Creatives, I ordered a 25mm wooden pin badge. It arrived just in time for a online market I was taking part in, and I had a dozen preorders for my badges straight away!! definitely will be coming back for more.
