I almost only buy Zara and I love it. Sustainable modern clothes to a price that's acceptable.

When you mention a company with a great name such as Zara you think about professional deals ,, but the fact is the worst experience I ever had , i have ordered in 24 of April,, i am Watling my package until now
When I informed about it, they told me it’s in the way ,, the deliver company didn’t activate the number,
Today they told me it’s in spain
It seems they just mention excuses to cover their failure
Never, ever deal with their website

I ordered a foldable phone and never received. I'm still waiting.....

I ordered a basic smart phone for $65., never received it and I got a tracking number that was useless, I was offered a $50. Credit on items that were all over $100!

Ordered a Mini laptop for $49.50 on May 20 2019. Got a tracking number the next day. Received a "Gucci" wallet 6 days later. Cheap knockoff. And a week later I got another one. I noticed my Debit card was charged twice, once for $49.50 and a second time the same day for 99 cents.
Emailed customer support, but haven't heard anything yet. Wish I had checked them out first.I think they use the name Sumwan also.

This is the worst company I have ever tried to purchase something from after three months I'm waiting for my item three different deliveries with a different company that says they delivered the item or attempted to never got it when I requested a refund they said they can only give me a coupon for some other companies this is the worst company ever no customer service who wants a coupon from a different company to make you spend more money do not buy from them they are just a bunch of scam artist

redeliver tracking number is failed.....be carefull, dont order anything in this shop

Sent the wrong item the first time and the second and third time although they sent out a tracking ID there was no evidence the package actually existed.
Although they claim to be in Malta it's a group in Beijing China.
